Our medium box always looks so colourful and delicious when finished! After I took this shot I remembered I had some blooming nasturtiums in the veggie patch so I ran out and plucked them to add some more of that gorgeous orange!

Fresh & Delish are extending our area of business to include Port Macquarie!
If you’ve already made orders with us in the Newcastle area, not to worry. We are still operating here also but Port Mac will become our new centre of operations over time.

Those of you who know us know that F&D are a mother/daughter team and Jo (mum) will be moving north, ready to begin taking order by mid June, while Jess will continue servicing the local area.

We are so excited about this expansion and the opportunities that lie ahead! Thank you to all our lovely customers and supporters who have helped our small business come this far💚

It’s Sunday!
