EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – CASUAL CHEF

Peibri Place is seeking an experienced casual chef to join us at our venue in Wickham, right on the Newcastle Marina.

Our function space has seen exponential growth in our events space recently, which requires us to welcome some motivated, friendly, and upbeat members into our team.

We are looking for individuals with the below:
• Experience in commercial cooking and the ability to cater for 50-150 people
• Ability to work within a fast pace/high demand environment
• Good organisational & planning skills
• Ability to work within a team environment and coordinate task with others
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and Public Holidays
• Experience in stock management and ability to order stock for upcoming functions
