One of my absolute favourites, this is the exquisite Madame Anisette. She has the most extraordinary fragrance, a perfect mix of Anise/spice/honey. The blooms are large on long strong stems with many buds and the colours change beautifully through the season from the palest of pinks to an apricot cream. She is just heavenly

On a side note- the chronic fatigue often still limits my capabilities. At the moment odd days are getting better, but the constant aching and extreme exhaustion puts me horizontal. In the beginning the thought of the farm just gave me anxiety as the brain and body just wouldn't work. But now, slowly, I'm finding my way back and my passion and love for the flowers and the farm are trickling in and keeping up hope for the future. I'm also understanding the reality of how I need to restructure the business to keep balance in my life. I'm excited to see the direction these ideas and thoughts may take me. We all need to be able to make our lives sustainable in whatever we do, sometimes it just means we have to adjust 🫶

Another keeper - CARAMEL ANTIKE
A beautiful cut flower of ever changing shades throughout the season. Not hugely fragrant, but vase life is great and long strong stems with not many thorns. But the colour is incredible and the shape is perfection 🫶

A close up- DA Princess Alexandra of Kent. A stunning bush of gorgeous large iridescent pink blooms full of soft petals. I think she will be a keeper in the farms restructure. I trialled many roses in the early years, and now it's time to reshuffle and keep only the best. Exciting times ahead 🙏🫶

Haven't really been here in a while, but with the help of accupunture I'm finally starting to see the light and get my passion back for what I love. These are all oldies taken by the extremely talented but I decided there was no better time to share them. At the moment most likely it will still be another season before I'm back in business. This season I should have a little more energy to restructure and make things work for the new adaptation of me. Just need to be able to do it at a slower pace than before 🥰 -this is my beautiful boy Fynn and I'm pretty sure the rose is DA Princess Alexander of Kent. It's really nice to be back here and I thank all of you for your patience 🙏🫶
