If you haven’t had the opportunity to try my Christmas Terrine, here is your chance to have a taste of its close cousin. A base of turkey & chicken with cranberries and pistachios for texture, lightly wrapped in mild Pancetta.
Great sliced cold with a nice salad, but can be warmed up if you prefer. Each roll serves 2

Time for yum? Smooth and decadent Grand Marnier & Orange, Chicken Liver Parfait. One of the finest batches and would be awesome on some Normy Bakery Ciabatta. Spread on some beef, wrap in Puff Pastry and you'll have the perfect Wellington. As usual, first in first served with limited numbers.

One of the best received meals to date, I am offering the Vegan Moussaka this week. It is also Gluten and Dairy Free. All the extras are either plant or soya based and has so much texture and flavour. Keep an eye out for my Christmas Terrine and Christmas meal options that will be advertised soon through a Birdie Told Me. I was over whelmed last year so will have the cut off date a bit earlier to help meet the demand. Not everyone wants to cook at Christmas but they do want something different to take to share at the table. Others stay home, don't want to cook but still share a special meal with their loved one (s). I hope what I offer fills that need.

Thank you for all the support so far this year and I look forward to building my business and what I can offer everyone in the New Year.

A Triple Treat for November. Sensational Vegan option this week taking advantage of the tender young seasonal asparagus. Plus the ever popular Chicken Liver Parfait made with fresh Thyme. But this week the "pièce de résistance" is a Braised Smoked Brisket in a unique pumpkin and Chinese style BBQ sauce. Accompanied by well seasoned Polenta. I guarantee you havn't had this anywhere, or if you have not at this price or flavour. Due to its complexity I have stocked limited numbers of this option. In the shop lunch time today, November 1st.

A Vegan Moussaka that you wont find anywhere else. Gluten and Dairy Free as well. Super nutritious and tasty. As usual I only make a few and these are worth buying, they freeze well, and I guarantee, you will be sorry after trying one that you didn't get a few more for later. I don't make the vegan version of this very often but can always do a special tray order. Bon Appetit!!
