Good morning all 👋 I just wanted to say thank you for your much needed ongoing support! I also wanted to point something out that seems to be a topic of discussion lately in the circles I associate with. It appears that many people in the Wheatbelt are concerned that there’s ’too many’ party or event planning businesses in the same areas as each other. I don’t agree! What one of us don’t have, the other certainly will! Where one of us lack, the other makes up! I truly believe we can all live comfortably in the same vicinity as each other. There’s no need for competition. Two, three pubs, community centres, even retail shops selling the same things. We’re all here for the same reason! To give our customers what they need and to make an honest living for ourselves. So if you feel that there’s too much of one thing, maybe consider sharing your booking, I suggest this to all my customers and refer to others where I cannot help. Distribute your patronage between us and see if that helps you get what you need entirely without having to do trips to Perth. Just a thought after some things I’ve heard. Enjoy your weekend all. I am SO thankful that I have stuck with the plan.
This journey has been anything but easy.
There has been so much uncertainty and numerous trials just getting to this point.
And there are still many difficult battles that are being fought in the dark.
But I am so happy that I chose to pursue this dream.
And I am so thankful for each and every one of you that has made it possible. I hope to be back on board completely and conducting my business as it was planned in the beginning. Thank you to all of those who have loved and supported me throughout the last almost 5 years! The answer is simple we are a Party supply & rental shop. We are located at 65 Fitzgerald St in Northam. Yes! I know this info is already on our page but I’m going to post it again here!

We have so many great items to hire for your next party or event. There’s really not much that we don’t have!

Honestly! If we cannot supply it we will try to find it. No! We’re not where we want to be yet! But after 5 years, this year, being in business! We are so close to where we want to end up! We have been given so many opportunities that our heads are spinning. We are so excited for what’s to come!

Hey all 👋 I was told recently in a comment on a post that I should have my ‘people’ wear a shirt with my business displayed on it when doing events. I decided, thanks to Rivers clothing discount racks… that I would try my hand at doing my own shirts… this is what you’ll see my ‘people’ wearing at our next upcoming event.

Yes! Exactly! I do offer discounts for quantity of hires but the price I quote is the price! Please don’t reject my quote on price… the quality is absolutely there! Good morning to you all 👋 I’ve just sat down to a lovely hot chai latte… just a quick post to let you all know I have received soooo many requests for quotes over the last couple of days and I’m truly hoping that none of these are ‘fake’ again! I’m trying my best to get to everyone’s requests and sort out each quote in order of date of event rather than date received so as to not miss anyone closer to now. Please note my quote & invoice details have been changed… due to so many outstanding invoices, ignored reminders and being forced to handle the situation in all the incorrect ways, we are no longer delivering our hire items or executing any events without full payment being made. Unless it’s been discussed with myself and given prior permission. I apologise to my loyal customers for having to make these changes and to those affected by the way I’ve had to handle my finances or lack of. There’s too many not being paid on time even after the event has been held. I’ve been left with no choice.

Thank you for your enquiry and for giving WB Party Hire and Events the opportunity to quote for your special occasion/event. I’ve attached your quote as requested. Please review and confirm at your earliest convenience if you would like to proceed.
If there are any further changes or if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me. Quotes are subject to availability at all times and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. For shorter notice it will be kept it in the system for 7 days. After which it will be removed and the date will be made available again.
I look forward to your reply. On acceptance of my quote I will send you an invoice.

Please note new payment structure

25% deposit to be paid on booking
50% to be paid 3 months before the event
75% to be paid 14 days before the event
100% to be paid 24 hours before the event.

For less than 7 days before event. Payment must be PIF on booking.

***If the invoice is not paid in full without further permission from management the event will not go ahead.

It’s time to celebrate! 🥳 September is now booked out!!!!
We have received an overwhelming amount of requests for our services over the last week. However I’m truly sorry to have had to turn some of these down. We are in fact booking quite quickly into the remainder of the year and into 2025. Some of these require us to execute the entire event and others are DIY’s. We’re “people people”, so working with our clients to put on their dream event that’s planned and executed perfectly is what we do best. We deliver excitement and joy. Every event we’re a part of is special to us, and we love nothing more than seeing your vision come to life through the hire of our items and our ex*****on.

We’ve worked with everyone now from total event first timers to amazing event planners, so no matter your level of experience, let us be your perfect party partner. As time goes on we’ll be able to make your special day shine. At this time however we are doing our best to get back on our feet after being told to cease our in house parties so please bear with us as we continue to plan ahead with our hub.

This is a long post! Be warned! Read on only if you choose…

I know it’s been hard! Relocating over and over! I’ve recently been told, before the large booking was cancelled a week out, after the prepping had been done and I’d spent so many long hours counting, pressing, sorting and making sure everything was perfect for their special day, that I’m… quote… “the most unreliable! Unstable and irresponsible business owner they’ve ever known!” Unquote… I didn’t know how to take that. I wanted to cry! Scream! Blast the s**t out of everyone who crossed my path that day! That cancellation cost me more than just my time and effort. It also took away the money I needed to pay bills and other commitments. I just accepted the cancellation with ok. Nothing had been paid on it so I lost out in every way. Then I received two more large quotes soon after. I thought it would give me what I needed. Nope! Cancelled within 24-48 hrs of the invoice being approved and sent. Again… nothing paid, thank god no prepping had begun. If everyone knew what I’ve gone through to keep this business, what I’ve sacrificed to make it a priority. If everyone knew the story behind why I’ve got so much ‘crap’ in stock! You’d think twice before telling me I’m the most unreliable! Unstable and irresponsible business owner they’ve ever known! This journey has almost destroyed me over the last 5 years. Sent me almost off the edge. But I haven’t let it! Every time I’ve gotten back up and pushed every boundary possible to keep it going! I’m exhausted, I’m absolutely spent! But!!! I’m not giving up! I am THE most reliable, stable, and responsible business owner I know! Now! I’m pushing forward to make it possible to keep my hub! To make the changes needed to adapt it to make it a public building, the owners have helped me so much, more than they are required to, to support me as they believe in me. Keeping my business going has been challenging but I’ve got more than myself to consider now. I’ve got a beautiful, young lady in my hub… a wonderful upcoming star! 🌟Jasmin from Jasa's Photography is a very special woman who will give you the most wonderful experience with her in house photography. We now have an amazing photo printer too to enable her to give you more than just prints. Give her a chance to give you what you need! Give me a chance to give you amazing experiences and being able to offer you an awesome photographer when you book your special day with me. We pull out all stops when you book your special day, party, function or event with me. Just look at what we’ve already done for proof. This business has been through the mill! Absolutely! That makes it the best one to use! Why?? Because we haven’t given up! We’re not quitters! We know what it takes to survive and succeed! Don’t strike us off! You’d be surprised as to what we actually do have to offer! Sorry not enough gold cutlery for your guests but enough for the bride and groom to feel special and my over 100 Americana chairs need refurbishing due to no fault of our own. So we’ll find someone to do that when we can afford to do so. But other than that! The amount of amazing items we have in stock, that’s another story completely, would blow your mind. Give us a go! Let us give you what you want. We promise to give you an event to remember! Thank you yo all those who have supported us and for coming back time and again, we have a loyalty card for you! Trying to make this happen time and again is frustrating. Causes quite a few colourful words to come out at the best of times but when I’m working alongside you to give you your results, you couldn’t ask for a more kind, thoughtful, willing, helpful woman. I’ve got you! I hope you’ve got me! 🙏🏻😌
