The Global Transitions Gala had multiple objectives:

✨️Raise awareness and inspire participation in their volunteer home building and education projects for underprivileged children in Cambodia

✨️Celebrate achievements to date and thank past participants

✨️ Raise funds through the Gala to build family homes, provide clean drinking water, sanitation and education

✨️Give away multiple life-changing volunteer trips to Cambodia

When an event is trying to tackle this many objectives it is essential that all priorities are managed with precision and have detail-oriented planning.
That's where PEG came in. We managed event planning and production from conception to completion.

On November 8th, 130 people gathered at the Village Green to raise crucial funds for children affected by serious poverty. The event included entertainment, speakers, fundraising activities , a 3 course meal, dancing & happy tears.

Community is such an important part of what we do at The Perfect Events Group.
We love producing community events as it allows us to become integrated into that community, making amazing relationships (especially when we get to produce events annually), learn new cultural customs, and finding local vendors.

We loved organising all the crafts and activities for the residence of Seventh Bend at the YourLand Diwali celebration the other week.

It's always so interactive learning about various cultural elements, discussing activities with cultural advisors, and then finding the perfect fit for our events.

The Perfect Events Group are proud to have produced the YourLand Diwali at Seventh Bend.

This is our second time working with the client at this location. It was great being back with the community again.

It was a Diwali celebration to connect with the residents of Seventh Bend Development while celebrating Indian culture.

We have Diwali-themed crafts, henna art, food trucks, and entertainment from local dance group, Bhangaroots.

Many of the residents came dressed in cultural attire, and we were pleased to see impromptu chanting and dancing - that's how you know it's been a great community event!

The client was thrilled as they had an amazing connection with the residence and were able to meet their business goals for the event.

At PEG, we love giving back to the community, so being able to produce and style the official opening of the Abbotsford Charity Kitchen was a special privilege.

This state-of-the-art facility now serves as Australia's largest charity kitchen, where rescued, donated, and homegrown foods are transformed into millions of delicious and nutricious meals.

The fundamental reason behind the and merger is that they can provide greater impact to those in need.

It was a privilege to have been apart of this event, working with major food and financial donors such as and and to have had the kitchen officially opened by Minister for Transport, Regional Development and local Government, Honourable .

This event was made up of two integral parts, the official launch and media release, and an afternoon of more casual celebrations with donors, sponsors, staff, and volunteers.

We are still processing this amazing honour and are thrilled that this massive effort has been recognised for the mammoth impact it had on the community.

This event didn’t just raise funds—it ✨️changed lives✨️ and created memories that will last a lifetime. The Legacy brand now stands stronger than ever, thanks to the incredible support from all involved.

🎉 WE WON!!! 🎉 

I’m absolutely thrilled to share this incredible news with you all... Last night, at the Australian Event Awards in Sydney, we took home the award for ✨️BEST CHARITY OR CAUSE-RELATED EVENT✨️ in Australia for the Legacy Centenary Torch Relay 2023! 🏅✨ 

This recognition is a monumental achievement and a testament to the passion, dedication, and hard work poured into this project. To be honored in this way is beyond humbling. 

The Australian Event Awards said : 

“The intricacy of what you had to do to put this event together is impressive. How you matched the corporates to families that benefited from Legacy to make it meaningful and real for those involved was very clever.” 

This relay
✅️traveled over 55,000km.
✅️involved 1,500 torch bearers, and
✅️mobilised 1,000 volunteers
to commemorate Legacy’s 100 years of supporting veterans and their families.
Even more powerfully, we raised $7.5 million to help Legacy continue their extraordinary work and created a media reach 1.78Billion!

For those who’ve followed  's journey and my own, you know this project was born from the challenges of COVID. After three years of meticulous planning, sweat, and tears, we brought this vision to life—and it has become one of the most meaningful chapters of my career. 

A project of this magnde is not for the faint-hearted, and I am beyond proud to have led it. To stand here now, with this award in hand, is a moment I will cherish forever.

But that isn't always bands, stand-up comedians, or stilt walkers. Entertainment and activities are all dependent on the event and desired audience.
When planning a community day, it is vital that you have thought of the interests and needs of every attendee.

At 's Community Day at Pasco Vale Gardens Retirement Village, we knew we needed to cater for the residents but couldn't forget their youngest family members.

Residents had market stalls and enjoyed craft demonstrations whilst the littlies enjoyed face painting, an animal farm, popcorn, and fairyfloss.
All of this was backed by amazing live acoustic music.
