Meditation and Sound Healing Event

We’d love to see you at our next One Day Mini Retreat in Ocean Shores.

Hello to all who follow our community page. At the moment we have had some postponements of activities due to the pandemic. If you are interested in participating in any of the activities advertise please call the number advertised to avoid any disappointment. We are trying to keep our calendar as up to date as possible.

Nia Dance
8:00am – 9:00am Mondays
Nia is an expressive body-mind-spirit movement practice that was created as an alternative to the “no pain, no gain” attitude to fitness. Set to rich, eclectic music, the practice draws on the chemistry of nine different movement forms: tai chi. Taekwondo, aikido, jazz, modern dance, Duncan dance, yoga, the Alexander technique and the work of Moshe Feldenkrais.
