Been very quiet lately between moving house and discovering that my new oven is sadly fairly hopeless. Had a big order this weekend for 100 macarons in red & green for a Very Hungry Caterpillar themed 1st birthday. Choc-mint and raspberry white-choc flavours 😊

Been busy this week making a last minute order for a pastel themed hen's Lily and Love Events was arranging. Few new additions to what I do - individual choc mousse & cake pops (vanilla & choc-mint here) 😊

Melb show baking started earlier this week with my fruit cake, the big baking weekend only 2 weeks away already!! Comes around so quickly each year. As always can't post pics of work until the results are released the night before the show opens😊

Last few days work, 2 tier 3 layered raspberry-hazelnut cake (top) & white-choc mud with salted caramel cake (bottom), and a lazy 136 macarons (272 halves). Many left over macarons because I banked on some failures to make pairs and every one was useable.
