Let me HELP with your Christmas cooking!

Sweets
* Rum balls 1x Doz $15
* Tart cases with caramel and whipped cream 1x Doz $15
* Mixed slice box 8x pieces of each apple and sour cream, rocky road, passionfruit slice and chocolate & raspberry brownie $40

Sides and salads
* Classic creamy garlic potato bake $25
* Roast vegetable pesto pasta salad $25
* Spiced cauliflower, roasted pepper and mixed grain salad with
lemon mustard dressing $25
All sides and salads come in an approximate 14cm x 28cm foil dish that will serve 6 - 8 people as a side for a ruff guide.

If your interested in ordering please inbox me your order by midday Thursday 22/12/22. Please include your phone number and email address so I can send a payment link. Payment in full will be required to confirm your order.

I will arrange pick up or deliveries on Christmas eve.

Hello and welcome back to school, I hope everyone is settling in nicely.

I just thought I would make ordering of birthday juice cups less confusing this year and hopefully eliminate any children missing out.

Juice cups NEED to be ordered the day before your child’s birthday. You can do this on Flexi schools or with a note with correct money, students class along with how many juice cups are needed. It’s your responsibility to communicate with your child’s teacher that you have ordered birthday juice cups, the quantity and for what day. Teachers will then issue class members with a birthday juice cup voucher that they will present at the canteen when collecting their juice cup.

I feel this system will save on time, confusion or anyone missing out.

Please note this is the only way to guarantee your child’s birthday juice cup orders. Text, Facebook messages or phone calls are not.

It was a busy weekend with two private dinners. Both groups enjoy dishes from my shared banquet menus. The best part of of nights like these is watching friends sit back and enjoy each other’s company while sharing a meal. Both groups were great fun.

Details from my special friend 40th birthday celebration. We used sentimental pieces of her Fathers and Grandparents who have passed. It was a beautiful celebration in honour of one of my favourite humans, I was so happy to be involved.

Recently I privately catered for a beautiful family that were staying to celebrate their mothers 70th.

The group enjoyed dishes from my shared banquet menu including
~ Beef fillet with walnut and herb crumb
~ Roast pumpkin and feta frittata
~ Moroccan spiced pearl cous cous
~ Warm beetroot and feta salad
~ Roasted honey and thyme baby carrots
~ Individual apple, pear and raspberry crumbles

This style of service where I set the table, cooked, served and cleared the food allowed the group to sit back and enjoy each other’s company while their numerous children enjoyed a movie in the adjoining wing.

They wondered what I was doing Christmas Day!
