TSC was birthed out of a desire to connect with food, know where it comes from & understand what goes into it. We wanted to serve only real food, that’s minimally processed. This meant a commitment to making our own crackers 😅 It took a while to get there, but our artisan style buckwheat crackers tick all the boxes & live up to our values.
