Two years difference, a few haircut changes, and a load of great vibes 😎😎🤩. The top photo was our first ever pop-up shop at The Roxy Theatre. We were serving Chef Dan’s speciality American Smoked Brisket burgers 🍔 🤤.

While the bakery is on leave, The Taste Lab is open in January:

Your morning coffee addiction is safe with us! ☕ While our friends at the bakery take a well-earned rest, The Taste Lab is stepping up with extended hours for January only.

🗓 When?
👉 Daily (yes, all 7 days!)
👉 From Thursday, 2nd Jan – Sunday, 19th Jan
💡 Why? Because we couldn’t let the town run on decaf vibes.

Chef Dan 👨‍🍳 is also cooking up some mouthwatering specials 🤤 you won’t want to miss. So, if you’re hungry, caffeinated ☕️, or just avoiding chores, we’ve got you covered.

Shoutout to our OG Taste Lab crew , and a bunch of new helpers whose flexibility is helping us bring this all together to make our January pop-up a possibility. ☺️

Tonight marks the final Underbool Social Evening of the year🥹 What a way to finish! We served a real hungry crowd, dishing up over 140 meals with festive spirit. 🍴✨🎄

Even better, we’re really pleased to announce that we were able to raise and donate $1,500.00 to the Underbool Recreation Ground this evening.

This incredible venue doesn’t just host our pop-up kitchens—it brings the whole community together, and we’re so grateful to be part of it. 💜

A huge thank you 🙏to the Underbool Progress Group and Nutrien Ag for sponsoring the evening and creating such a beautifully festive atmosphere in the hall.

Today, we joined forces with Ouyen Pharmacy 💊 for a fantastic Christmas party, marking not only the festive season but also a year of incredible milestones. 💜

This year was special for The Taste Lab 🧪🤤🍔 as we celebrated our debut year in our permanent location next to the butcher. What a journey it has been!

A huge shoutout to our amazing Sunday team: Will, Lara, and Cody. 👏 Watching your skills grow alongside our business has been truly rewarding. 💪🌟

Special thanks to Stacey and Dee ☕️, who helped set up our coffee operations and occasionally step in to craft a killer brew☕️. Your support has been invaluable! 🙏
