We've had a great time working with Knox City Council to plan and deliver the Boronia Autumn Market! The aim of this market was to increase foot traffic within the shopping precinct in Boronia as well as bringing the community together. As part of this, we engaged with many wonderful local businesses, schools and community groups to be a part of this great day. We also had a range of market stall holders and free entertainment including live music, roving entertainers, face painting and bling body art.
We are loving hosting markets this Summer! It was great to be back providing a range of stallholders for the Croydon Central Market! We look forward to continuing to host this market over the next couple of months, helping to drive traffic to the Centre and activate their space.
As we start to wrap up 2023, we've been reflecting on all the fantastic projects we have worked on this year and all that we've accomplished!
Some of the highlights:
🔴 We welcomed 2 new team members, Chloe & Anthea.
🔴 We managed multiple large events over the year including, the Pentridge Vintage Market, the Baw Baw Pet Expo & Croydon Central Market.
🔴 We had a fantastic year organising seasonal events at many shopping centres, including Diwali crafts, magic shows and more!
🔴 We partnered with Backpacks For Vic Kids.
🔴 We launched 21 new websites.
🔴 We have had 9,000+ conversions in total over all our Google Ads clients.
It has been a wonderful year especially working with all our wonderful clients, and we're looking forward to what 2024 has to offer!
Here's a look at our brand new website build for Willow RV, Australian Caravan manufacturer.
They needed a website which was user friendly allowing customers to easily explore the range of caravans, accessories and features. This website allows users to choose caravans based on categories and also easily compare the caravans and the suitability for their needs.
Willow RV wanted enquiries for caravans to go directly to the closest dealer, providing fast service for the customer and the caravan dealerships throughout Australia. Our contact forms contain conditional fields which makes this possible.
This website was purpose built to suit the Google Ads campaign we will be running for the client that will showcase the Victorian dealership to encourage sales at this location.
We look forward to working with the team at Willow RV through providing social media marketing, Google Ads and ongoing SEO to continue building their brand.

We have recently started working with Hampton Park Shopping Square to grow brand awareness and help increase local shoppers to visit the shopping precinct!
One of the elements we developed in the integrated marketing plan was this new website we have built. This website highlights their 40+ stores using an interactive map. This map allows users to easily locate where each store is and find all the information they need.
We are also helping these retailers through ongoing social media marketing, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact this has.
We've recently been working with Mayfield Education, a not-for-profit organisation offering courses in a range of specialty areas. We have created a brand new website which showcases their offering and integrates with the aXcelerate education tool to create a seamless enrolment process.
We're working with them ongoing to help increase enrolments through Google Ads.
We had a fantastic time assisting in coordinating the Classic and Muscle Car Show which raised much needed funds for Backpacks 4 VIC Kids!

11 years ago, our director, Casey decided to start Redsteps Consulting. The aim of Redsteps was then, as it is now, to help businesses grow. She started as a sole trader, and with many years of hard work, late nights, challenges and successes, she has grown the business to what it is today; a thriving company with 9 fantastic team members! We've had the privilege of working with hundreds of businesses over the past 11 years and we hope to continue to help many more thrive and flourish in the years to come.

Here's a look at our brand new website build for Australian Portable Toilets! We've recently worked with Daryn and Nick and the team at Australian Portable Toilets to build a brand new eCommerce website for the business!
They needed a site which showcased all their products as well as allowing customers the ability to easily request quotes, saving thousands by moving away from Shopify.
Our new site has 3D interactive views of their different toilets to ensure customers can see all the features. We also added a request a quote feature on the site. We worked closely with their sales team to ensure that once a quote is requested it becomes a smooth process for them and their customers. There has already been an influx of quote requests, which we love to see!

We recently ran the Baw Baw Pet Expo on behalf of the Baw Baw Shire Council. The aim of this event was to bring together the community and their pets.
As part of this event we coordinated over 60 stall holders, helped over 10 not-for-profits gain exposure at the event, had over 3000 attendees, organised demonstrations, talks, free kids activities, and competitions throughout the event. Plus arranged 300 free gift bags to hand out to attendees.
It was great to see everything come together on the day of the Baw Baw Pet Expo! We loved welcoming everyone and their pets on the day! 🐶

🔴We got back to doing our large events for the first time post COVID and worked with the City of Casey on their Go All Out In Casey campaign including the City Of Casey Winter Magic Festival.
🔴Our new Marketing Assistant Nichole joined us in July.
🔴In September we grew our team with the addition of our new web developer Vanessa.
🔴We had a fantastic year of bringing back seasonal events to many shopping centres with a total of 10 in-person events.
🔴 We've launched 16 new websites.
🔴We have had 13,511 + conversions in total over all our Google Ads clients.
🔴We've helped 23 of our clients with SEO and help improve their website performance.
It has been an incredible year especially working with all our wonderful clients, and we're looking forward to what 2023 has in store for us!
