LIVESTOCK UPDATE - HOT WEATHER UPDATE

It is with a heavy heart that the Mt Pleasant Show Society announce that they have made the difficult decision to cancel the livestock competitions and exhibits at the 161st Annual Mt Pleasant Show . We hope that the public and exhibitors will be understanding as this decision was not made lightly.

Hall exhibits, trade sites and other entertainment will still run as planned with some minor changes made due to heat.

If attending the show remember to slip, slop, slap, take advantage of the shaded area and drink lots of water. There will be a hydration station available for all those in attendance, and free sunscreen available.

We know that the show will not be the same without the animals, but still hope you will attend.

We are heading towards a HOT ☀️🔥weekend!
Sat & Sun are both set to hit 37°....

Animal health & safety is our main priority, and while we are never happy to have to cancel/postpone events.... we can't help the weather!

Please do not try to guilt/persuade us in to coming when it is a decision we make based on our animals best interests.

They do not want to be loaded, travel, be unloaded, patted & loved upon(annoyed😂), reloaded, travel & finally unload again .... all in ridiculous temperatures!

We appreciate your understanding & would love it if you could postpone/rebook!

More scheduled hot weather, unfortunately means more cancellations😵‍💫

Don't worry - we are just as dissapointed as you when this happens!

We love coming out, the animals love the attention & if we don't work - we don't get paid!!

If we've had to cancel our visit due to the weather, we would LOVE it if you would rebook us again sometime soon!

**HOT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS**

This Sunday the weather is going to be HOT.🌡 Forecast is 42 at this stage!

We will not be at any events.

We are really sorry for any disappointment this causes, but my babies come first!

Waaaaay to hot for the animals to be out & about being loved on😜

Please make sure you keep yourselves & your pets cool & hydrated - we will see you out & about soon!
