Eat Me Edible Goodies is a husband and wife creative team based in Parkes, NSW. Danielle is the head baker and designer and Marcus is the chief engineer and delivery boy. Danielle has been obsessed with baking and cooking for as long as she can remember. Danielle has enjoyed, over the years, helping people out with birthday celebrations, weddings and corporate functions. We can help you with any k

After 7 years of making cakes and desserts under Eat Me Edible Goodies and doing Balloons since way back in 2017 ( before balloon installations were cool and common place) we are hanging up the Balloon pump. Absolutely loved getting to put this farm themed party together for George’s first birthday. A perfectly cute theme for this special long waited for child for this lovely family. Shari X Wes - The sun shone through on Sunday for a perfect day for this lovely couple. After being together for over 10 years and engaged for 7 not even COVID was going to stop these guys from getting married. Thankfully restrictions allowed them to have an awesome party with 50 of their family and friends. We got to put our creative minds to work on this set reception with some epic neutral shade balloons, backdrops, fun signage by @tttsigns and an epic cake to match. The whole day was pulled together by @thushariknights and Wes in limited time after restrictions lifted with the help of @jess_eatyourgreens on the epic food, @withlovebespokestyling on the stunning florals, @bespokecountryweddings with the furniture hire, @essjayphotography for the photography and @luethajakmusic setting the mood with the music. Congratulations to these guys for a fun day!!

Had the best time yesterday setting this engagement party @thegreenhouseoforange for Sarah & James yesterday. After having to reschedule last year because of COVID we knew it had to a pretty epic set up for these guys! Lots and lots of balloons on our new tall circle backdrops with two epic cakes and a wall of yummy desserts on our neon topped dessert wall. On Saturday we travelled out to a lovely family home in Forbes where Jacinta and Andrew had created a wedding reception for their family and friends. This cake was an ultra-modern, textured ganache cake with rough edges and iconic @jasmineraecakes wafer paper style sails. The simple sparkle on this cake was so perfect against the neutral and dried elements that the lovely couple had in the rest of their decor. The other weekend, we had so much fun putting together our donut wall and some fun balloon garlands at @hart_bar for Kellie’s Top Hats and Tiaras themed birthday party.
