Thank you to all the people behind the scenes who made the recent Amaroo Peace and Wellbeing event such a success!
Over 60 companies were contracted, and a further 60+ locals employed in administration, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance, turning Ivorys Rock into a small town for the week long convention.
2,500 from 55 countries attended with over 500 people volunteering.

The campers got two lovely little visitors 🐨🐨 this week. Thank you to Janet Wallace who is here from Canada 🇨🇦 for the Amaroo Peace and Wellbeing event. Amaroo means ‘ a beautiful place’ in one of the indigenous languages and Ivorys Rock is indeed beautiful!

Our Property

The Ivory's Rock facility commenced operation in the early 1990s. From moderate beginnings, significant investment in the construction of new facilities such as the Pavilion, Amphitheatre and Conference Hall and the development of site infrastructure, has made the venue the magnificent destination it is today.
