Memories of 2023 Book Week!! Cruella de Vil…. Using my brainstorming creativity as a balloon artist, event stylist and a mum who executes what my daughter would love to wear and what she wants to portrait. The goal was to create something unique like how Cruella loves to create her own unique style and dresses. My daughter pulled it up really well and proudly wore the balloon skirt on the school parade and carried it so well.
