FoxPop Events Our events are delivered with a smile and for the community. During that time, we attracted over 500 stalls and approximately 1500 patrons.

FoxPop Events were established in 2015 (formerly known as RockPop Events) have been known to produce events that give back to the local community and selected not for profit organisations. They originally started with a toy and pop culture fair known as Tosche Station Collector Fair at South Lake Leisure Centre which ran for approximately 3 years before relocating to Mike Barnett Sports Complex Ro

ckingham, WA. The Collector Fair also attracted the attention of House Rules Channel 7 who attended the event with two of their WA contestants and twins; Andrew and Jono King. In addition, FoxPop Events owner and Event Coordinator; Shivana has produced a number of fundraising events for not for profit organisations; Black Dog Institute, Fearless Inc and recently; Inspire Radio in Rockingham. FoxPop prides itself on delivering events that raise money for community groups who are advocates in mental health and issues that affect young people and adults. Our clients range from small business owners, aspiring artists and local musicians. We also have a large costumer/ cosplay community that attend our events which is popular with the kids - both big and small.

Up and about and got the event brainstorming cap on today. Today I’m looking at organising local events in Wellard/ Kwinana.

Just had the breakfast of champions from Bliss Momos and a well overdue chat with my dear friend Sunil 🙏

Looking at ways to further support my community and fellow organisers. Check out the amazing local markets held by Lunaqwa Markets - The new name for Kanga every month in Wellard Square.

The community centre and library is now up and running thanks to Befriend Inc and my friend Inger Ward and other volunteers. We are all working towards the same goal and that is making events for the community to enjoy.

Im remaining tight lipped on my plans but I’ll let you guys know once it’s ready.

Morning All!
It's certainly been a long time between posts and I hope you are all keeping well. I honestly didn't know if I was going to make a return to the events world but here we are. For those who don't know, I took a bit of a break and stepped away to focus on my own mental health and family. But after taking a breather and feeling like I have got my mojo back, I think I am now ready to start weaving some events magic once more.

I'll be the first to tell you now that I am definitely not up to organising any large scale events at this stage and I am going to go back to the basics and start small first and go from there. It's important to recognise your limits and right now this is what I am going to work on and see how I go. I do hope you continue to support our little fox family and be part of something wonderful.

I also just want to give a shout out to Lunaqwa Markets - The new name for Kanga who has recently started at Wellard Square with their new market and honestly, your friendliness and amazing nerdiness has given me that spark to get back on the hamster wheel of events. So thank you for being you guys.

Hey All,
Been contemplating about this for a while now and I have decided to take some time off from FoxPop Events to focus on myself and my health. The last few years have been quite full on and now it's time for me to just take a step back and take a breather.

I am hoping to return back before the school holidays but that depends on how I am feeling health wise. Much love to you all and Squish and I will be back to our bright eyed and bushy tailed selves. Xx

If you are looking to wear out the kids this school holidays, then come on down to Rockingham PCYC on Saturday 13th July for our Bring Back The 90s - Kids Disco.

We will be playing all the tunes you loved and danced to when you were a kid. Dress up in all the cool 90s threads and you may win a prize!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - NERDY FOX COLLECTIVE

Unfortunately I come with sad but not completely bad news.

I have decided to postpone the first Nerdy Fox Collective on the 15th June to a later date. Future date to be announced later on but I will definitely keep you all posted!

In a parallel universe...or something..

Intergalactic Stock Exchange is an events business owned and managed by Shivana Partacini. We are a family run business that creates toy and pop culture fairs that are targeted towards the geek and cosplay community in Perth. Whilst our events are fun and filled with various nerdy products and services, we also donate part of our proceeds to Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation every quarter.

With over 4 years experience in the events industry, Shivana have successfully brought several events to life such as Tosche Station Collector Fair (2015-2017), Winter Galaxy and most recently; Intergalactic Stock Exchange - a toy and collectors fair based at Mike Barnett Sports Complex in Rockingham that is held every quarter of the calendar year. Whilst most event companies cater for birthday parties, weddings and bucks parties, we pride ourselves on running events that are for the community. When asked if we make a lot of money from these events, we always reply “No, we do it for the smiles” and that’s our motto.
