THANK YOU 👏 We'd like to take the time to thank each and every one of you who rode, supported or contributed in some way to this year's Cape to Cape MTB, our first from EventMatrix as the new WA owners.

It was a huge week with tremendous displays of community spirit, awesome trails and great mateship! We'd especially like to thank the volunteers, local clubs and communities for the work they put into the event.

Thank you to all of the sponsors and event partners, the C2C simply cannot exist without your support and we are so grateful for your contributions – especially our government partners - Tourism Western Australia, Shire of Augusta Margaret River, Shire of Nannup and City of Busselton. We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be the Operational Event Management team behind the 2025 Road Nationals in Perth! Thanks to the partnership between AusCycling, WA Government, through Tourism Western Australia, and the City of Perth, the event will be staying in Perth for the next 3 years!

A huge shoutout to all of the amazing volunteers who made the Chevron City to Surf for Activ such a success. We couldn’t have done it without you! Your dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work truly made a difference, whether in Karratha or Perth.

From setting up and managing water stations to cheering on participants and helping with logistics, your efforts were invaluable. Thank you for your time and energy, and special mention to our incredible Volunteer Manager Carmen who works tirelessly to organise the volunteers each year.

We love heading to Karratha for the Chevron City to Surf for Activ! In July we delivered this iconic event once again, and the community spirit here is second to none. It was wonderful to see familiar faces and welcome some first-timers to the event. A huge thank you to the local suppliers and the City of Karratha for their incredible support—this event wouldn’t be possible without you. And a big thanks to Activ Foundation for having us on board once again.

We are incredibly proud to share that the 2023 SunSmart Busselton Festival of Triathlon won Community Sporting Event of the Year at last night’s WA Sport Awards, hosted by SportWest.

Congratulations to the team at Triathlon Western Australia, this is one of our favourite events to deliver each year and we can’t wait for this year’s event in 9 weeks’ time.

We’d especially like to thank our dedicated team of staff for all their hard work which made it all possible, as well as the extended network of suppliers, stakeholders, sponsors, volunteers, technical officials and everyone else who contributed to make it a success.

Our Community Sporting Event of the year goes to ... the Sunsmart Busselton Festival of Triathlon! Congratulations to all those involved in the planning and delivery of such an incredible event.
