FOOD VENDOR CALL OUT - WAVE ROCK WEEKENDER 2024

Our good friends at the Wave Rock Weekender, a music festival held at Wave Rock (Hyden, WA) over the September long weekend (Fri 20th – Mon 23rd Sept) are looking for food vendors for the weekend.

ARRIVAL: Thursday 19th Sept in the afternoon (or early Friday morning)
ACCOMODATION: Camping
CAPACITY: 850 + 150 staff/musicians

All attendees camp at the festival. Food vendors tend to set up their camp right near their food vans.

Music runs Friday evening, all day Saturday and all day Sunday with people packing up and heading home on the Monday.

Fully licensed bar on premises.

There are no fees for being out there but they ask vendors to provide 100 free meals and 50 half price meals - recouped through vouchers - for their artists and staff. Historically, the vendors do not exceed the 100 meals.

They hope food vendors can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

The City of Karratha, along with Principal Partner Rio Tinto, are preparing to celebrate artistic creatives in our Red Earth Arts Festival (REAF) over multiple days in May.

EOI are open to applications for 2025, 2026 and 2027.

Expressions of Interest can be registered through the links below from 1 July 2024 and close at 5pm (AWST) 5 August 2024 for creators who wish to contribute their unique perspectives, talents, and passions to the vibrant tapestry of our festival.

The City of Bayswater is planning a RISE UP Art Market located in the amphitheater the RISE in Maylands on Saturday 18 November from 10-2pm.

They are seeking EOI's for Art Market content.

Must be 100% local and hand made. This includes artwork, pottery, sculptures, woodwork, metalwork, glasswork, handmade jewelry... All handmade artisan goodness!
