Cuai and Damiano’s wedding cake truly holds such a special place in my heart! ❤️

Making this elderflower lychee and raspberry and passionfruit and coconut beauty was an absolute dream. I loved piping the delicate textured buttercream florals to perfectly complement the stunning fresh orchids and dusky pink roses.

Happy 4th Birthday to the brightest little firefighter, Jack! 🚒🔥

I truly enjoyed bringing this firetruck rescue scene to life on a delicious chocolate cake. Featuring Jack himself, bravely putting out the edible flames on the trees and around the cake with his fondant firetruck and stepladder. The best part? All those dynamic garnishes were edible, making it a truly interactive treat!

Throwback to Jess and Nathan’s amazing engagement celebration! 🎉

I loved assembling the red florals and piecing each of the edible gold lettering together. It was an incredibly hot day but it stood proudly even under tough conditions. 💃🏻🌹🔥

This vanilla elderflower cake with fresh strawberries features Emma’s three dogs celebrating with a miniature cake of their own. Each pastel sprinkle was individually shaped for an extra whimsical touch.

Lynn’s 60’s themed milestone birthday 🌼🪩🛼

I thoroughly enjoyed creating the flowers and shaping the sun for this amazing celebration. The iconic Volkswagen Caravan proved no easy feat getting the shape and colours juuust right. With chocolate cake at the top and vanilla cake at the bottom, guests could choose their favourite flavour and continue dancing through the night. 💃🏻🕺

Lara’s Meadow-
To celebrate Lara’s 8th birthday and her love for horse riding, I've created a country side themed chocolate cake where friends and family can explore different parts of the meadow.

She had to spot:
The horses on the riding trail, 🐴
The chook’s eggs eggs 🥚 🐣
Vegetable patch 🥕🥬🍅
The cow wanting to eat the juicy strawberries 🍓

Celebrating 25 years of love! 💍✨
This two-tier pastel blue cake with intricately piped florals celebrates Saadia and Mizanur’s silver anniversary.
The flavour is just as delicious with vanilla cake, elderflower frosting, and fresh strawberries. I loved placing the delicate edible silver leaf and assembling the colourful flowers.

Inspired by the beautiful bride’s pearl dress and veil, I adored placing the chiffon bow and edible pearls on three tiers of vanilla bean cake.

Gloria’s Farm Cake features her favourite dogs and animals at the barn!

Not only was the barn also made of chocolate cake, the challenge was putting the fencing around the base of the cake. I especially loved making the black sheep and adding the floral accents.
