Gloria’s Farm Cake features her favourite dogs and animals at the barn!
Not only was the barn also made of chocolate cake, the challenge was putting the fencing around the base of the cake. I especially loved making the black sheep and adding the floral accents.
An amazing grandmother and mother of 7 children, I was set the most important job to make Eileen’s 91st birthday cake. 🙌 🎉 🥳
Her love of gardening, flowers and enjoying lots of cups of tea inspired me to create this pastel pink cake with buttercream piped florals and sculpted botanical motifs around the cake. This vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting is perfect with a hot cup of tea.

A palaeontologist in the making and a passion for dangerous animals, I created this frightening Great White Shark cake for his special celebration.
Made entirely of dark chocolate cake and layered with a velvety chocolate ganache, I absolutely enjoyed shaping Jaws’ face and positioning each of his sharp teeth!

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, resided a towering figure named Ash. Standing at an impressive six-foot-four, Ash searched far an wide for a cake maker to create his dream Death Star II vanilla bean cake. He dispatched thousands of droids zoom into the far reaches of space…
Celebrating Ash’s Birthday on May the 4th. Each panel was individually cut and shaped to match the Death Star II. I loved adding the sprinkle lights and finishing it with an edible grey sparkle.

This elegant buttercream ruffled cake was created for Demi and Mitch’s wedding celebration.
This two tiered cake features a lemon blueberry cake on the top tier, and a delightful raspberry coconut cake on the bottom to allow their guests to choose their favourite flavour for the evening. A special dairy-free and gluten-free lemon blueberry cake was also created to ensure a truly inclusive celebration.
A huge congratulations to you both and a shoutout to Holly and Taylah for being an absolute dream to work with.

Janine’s 50th Birthday Rainbow Cake. 🌈
After the birthday wishes and the candles were blown out, everyone eagerly waited for the cake to be sliced, revealing the layers of vanilla cake in all the colors of the rainbow. The party guests were dressed in every color imaginable, but Janine stood out in her stunning gold dress- the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! 👸🏼🌟🍯

WA Police’s SOCC Team successful move to Telstra Exchange 👮♂️ 🏗️ 🎉
Modelled after the unique Telstra Exchange building, this Vanilla bean cake celebrates the remarkable SOCC project team’s dedication and innovation.
To celebrate the new headquarter’s TWO windows, these officers have found creative ways to get some sun during their lunch break- from sitting on the top of the main entrance to have lunch, to taking selfies at the Telstra Exchange’s infamous “Quarter Pipe” roof top.
Featuring the advanced technology that marks a first in police operations,complete with 1200 runs of Cat 6a cabling under the floor. The blue checked band around the building commemorates the WA Police’s arrival.
As we explore this cake, here’s a toast to the outstanding job and thank every police officer, engineer, builder, architect, and tech expert involved. Your hard work and collaboration have truly set a new standard. 🍰👮♂️👷♀️🎖️

To celebrate Rhys’ birthday, I figured what better way to include his dog-child, Luca, than to create him in cake form. 🐶 🎂 🥳
The fantastic part is whilst it’s a hazelnut, coconut and salted caramel cake, it’s gluten, dairy and starch-free, so his (dietary restricted) wife, friends and family can say “yes!” to a slice of cake.
