Busy morning in the kitchen today for R U OK day. Great to see so many of our clients raising awareness for the day. Thanks to our pastry chef extraordinaire Michelle for making so many of these.

Exciting times ahead. We have been very busy creating new menu items for our "Social Distancing" menu. These are our delicious Mexican Chicken and Beef Fajita Bowls and Berry, Muesli and Yoghurt Breakfast Cup. Everything will be in individual portions using environmentally friendly, compostable packaging. Our new online ordering platform should also be up and running by next week. We can't wait to for our corporate clients to be back in their offices again so they can try these out!

We were honoured to cater the wedding of Rhianne and Rachael at Nanga Bush Camp near Dwellingup on the weekend. Guests were treated to a largely vegetarian/ pescatarian tapas style meal with substantial fork bowls of Chilli Soy Ginger Glazed Salmon Fillet on Coconut Rice and Gnocchi with Tallegio Cheese Walnuts and Spinach. Beautiful wedding in such a unique setting.

It's International Women's Day today! Where would we be without the amazing women who keep our business running each day. From our incredible delivery, service and kitchen staff to our very talented Chefs. We definitely couldn't do it without you. Big shout out to the girls who were missing in this photo (it proved impossible to get everyone together at the same time as its always so busy!)

We wish all of our valued customers a very Merry Christmas and Happy and Prosperous New Year. We will be closed from Christmas Eve to the 7th January 2018. Catering orders and function enquiries can still be placed either by email or by leaving a phone message during this time. We will be checking our emails and messages daily during the break.

Finally all of our LGBTQI friends have the equality and recognition they deserve. We are so incredibly happy that we now have complete Marriage Equality in Australia. We have catered for several commitment ceremonies in the past and now those wonderful couples can make it official. Our staff are all very excited for the next wedding season!

One of our very valued corporate clients held a family barbecue and fun day in Hyde Park today. 200 adults and children were treated to a feast of chicken, steak, sausages and kangaroo skewers with a selection of breads and salads. Very successful day.

We were up very bright and early this morning to cater a breakfast function at FIIG Securities in the city. Breakfast is apparently the most important meal of the day so we definitely gave the guests a good start to their work day.

Some food snaps from another fabulous function we catered at Linton and Kay Gallery for FIIG Securities last night. Three courses starting with and entree of buffalo mozarella, macerated tomatoes and jamon ham with basil oil and olive tapenade. Mains included herb crusted rack of lamb and Morrocan chicken with whipped fetta. Finished with a selection of cheeses and figgy desserts which included sticky fig puddings, honey pannacotta with sauterne figs, and a very decadent chocolate tart.

On Friday night we were honoured to cater the thank you party for the PMH Foundation's Abseil For PMH Event at the QV1 Building. It was amazing to see how many crazy but very dedicated people there were willing to propel themselves 160m from the top of the QV1 Building to raise money for this worthy cause. Such a great night.

What a weekend! Starting on Friday with a fabulous long table lunch and Johnny Romeo Artist talk at Linton and Kay Gallery. Shared table banquets are the hottest trend for functions this year. Guests were treated to an entree of charcuterie board followed by platters of Slow Roasted Lamb with Rosemary and Garlic, Sides of Baked Tasmanian Salmon with Braised Fennel and Lemon and finished off with a delicious selection of dainty desserts. Thanks to the staff at Linton and Kay Gallery. Absolutely stunning venue.

What an amazing last few months of 2015 we had. Here are just a few shots from the busy Christmas season. We have been off for a couple of weeks over Christmas and New Year to recover from it all. Not a complete rest though as Brian and some of the staff were busy making the kitchen s***k and span for the start of 2016. All ready to start again bright and early on Monday morning!
