I had a request for a blue theme for this birthday bouquet and i think this design worked out beautifully!!

I don't really like using flowers pumped with artificial dyes - but these naturally blue delphiniums and the blue sea holly and even the bluey-green of the eucalyptus leaves brought it together perfectly!

Only a month until the school holidays!!!
Have you thought about how you are going to entertain the kids yet??!!

Why not try something different and have them join me for a fun activity at my home studio?! They will learn to arrange their own posy jar with their favourite colour flowers and also decorate some pretty packaging for it. Snacks and drinks provided (and refreshments for Mum/carers too!).

I am gearing up for a little holiday abroad... and I have a little suprise for you while I am there! I am so excited... I guess the suprise is for me too... just something so different and very much in the gubbins of the flower industry!

This also means that I will be away for about 2 weeks, starting on Thursday... so my online ordering will be blocked for a little while, until I get back.

Kids Holiday Workshop Alert!!

Come and join us at our Posy Jar and Flower Fun workshop! l will guide them to design their own posy jar using locally sourced blooms and custom-decorated (by them!) wrapping!

I’m Nikki, a professional florist who loves helping kids explore their creative sides. I’ll lead them through easy flower arranging instructions, keeping it simple and relaxed and above all, fun. They’ll learn the steps to making a pretty arrangement and pick up some design and colour knowledge along the way!

Drinks and snacks are included and carers are welcome to join in! Check out all the details below.
The Details
●       Cost: $65 (one ticket covers both carer and child)
●       Time and Date: Friday 10 October  2.30 to 4pm. 
●       Location: Mindarie
●       Age: 5 plus
●       Photos: Photo Consent required if you want your child to be in photos.

What’s Included:
●       Everything you need to create a posy jar
●       A fun wrapping paper decorating activity
●       Your finished flower arrangement to take home
●       Snacks, fruit juice and water for the kids
●       Tea, coffee, and homemade scones with jam and cream for the carers

Good to Know:
●       No experience needed
●       Kids will be using snips, so younger ones may need a bit of help
●       Carers are welcome to join in or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere
