Is a Wedding Coordinator really worth it?
We see this question all the time and although we might be biased we say HECK YES!
As your Wedding Coordinator our job is to take all the stress away from you so you don’t have to worry about anything but enjoying your day. We make sure all your vendors have your timeline and are sticking to it. We are more than okay in being the ‘bad guy’ and bossing everyone around so that nothing is missed and all your important moments are met.

Have you worked hard organising everything for your special day but are unsure who’s going to set everything up for you?
This package includes;
-60 minute consult to discuss styling details, including colour, themes, furniture, etc for ceremony and reception
-Sourcing and booking all styling vendors (eg. florists, furniture, tableware, etc)
-Creating layout of ceremony and reception areas
-Creating setup schedules, including bump in and out times for vendors
-Set up of all styling areas, flowers, arbour, furniture, table settings, etc
-Communication and point of contact with all styling vendors
- 60 minute meeting 8 weeks prior to the wedding to finalise all details
-Communication with couple as desired

-30 minute consult to discuss requirements
-Creation of detailed wedding itinerary and floor plan for yourself and vendors
-60 minute meeting approx 4 weeks from the wedding to finalise details
-Communication and point of contact with vendors
-On the day management and coordination of all suppliers (approx 8-10 hours)
-On the day management of wedding itinerary to ensure everything runs smoothly
-Communication with couple as desired
