Hey everyone, it is with the heaviest heart that JeriCo Catering will be out of action till further notice. Our leading lady has been in hospital CC for her heart and the Drs have finally requested bed rest and no stress (easier said than done) for someone so dedicated and hard working. 3am we went into ED with chest pain and as soon as the triage looked at her it was straight in and on the ECG machines. Pumped up with morphine and tramadols in between to stem the pain. Drs aren't able to bring her surgery forward so it's a matter of bed rest and no stress until then. The medication they have her on leaves her unable to function let alone get out of bed. She is scheduled to have heart surgery 16th jan and a double mastectomy on feb 6th. Following these surgeries we hope to get things back to where they were. We are so sorry and apologise profusely to those affected by this and will be in touch shortly. -JeriCo Catering

MANAGEMENT - Morning all, Melbourne Cup we had a couple of clubs on the go! All went without a hitch except for one sadly. No names will be mentioned, and we are not shifting blame BUT nor will we take a fall for something that was not our doing. Just because this business is small that does not mean we will not fight or stand up for what we believe in.
To our guests for this club as the owner I apologise profusely for letting you down. Irrespective of our belief that we are not in the wrong you were still let down and for that I apologise sincerely on behalf of my business. You do matter and the fact that you were let down I am sincerely sorry for!!!! I would be more than happy to discuss further for those who wish to my door is open.
I will however not apologise on behalf of the club. I ensured that communication was open and clear right to the day and all details were confirmed by the club. We had no involvement with bookings, and relied heavily on the information given back to us. We entered a meeting yesterday and it was very clear no one wanted to own anything regardless of having it in back and white.
It was an alternate drop 50/50 1 meat and 1 fish confirmed by the club. All fish were sent back demanding meat. In the end there were no meat left and only fish.
We did not deviate from the plan my staff tried their best to fix the problem on the spot.
Numbers were confirmed and we had extra turn up on the day without being notified. By rights it should have been closed off.
No dietary requirements were listed and we had 2 allergies to fish as guests.
Details such as these should have been checked and double checked. Guests should have been notified and finalised and it wasn't.
Comparing other clubs for this day and saddened to know one went to shambles. We had the same menu for the other clubs some opting for 2 course only. Difference was management contacted their guests and gave them the right to choose. Because of this we were able to cater and execute with out a hitch. We had correct numbers. We had correct food options. We had correct numbers. Everyone was ecstatic expect for one.
These guests we let down I am truly truly sorry!!!! If you wish to discuss further my door is open.

First dinner service with our new summer menu!
Chicken Caesar Salad with our home-made caesar sauce, our chefs tasting board, out Thai beef salad which sold out and our weekly special Scotch Steak Sandwich dipped in a mushroom sauce was an absolute hit!!!!
Summer menu was well received! See you all next Monday Mosman Park ❤️

Not every day is going to be a success and Saturday was one of these days unfortunately! As a vendor to not reach the level that we are use to as a business can be so deflating and bruises one's ego. Not because we think we above everyone else it is because we truly care. We care about our customers and when they hurt we hurt. So on this brave note this is a personal apology to our customers over the weekend. Irrespective of he said she said, miscommunication, right or wrongs as a business we hold ourselves responsible regardless. So to our wonderful wonderful customers we thankyou. I thankyou!!!!!! You were gracious and understanding throughout this time and we stand by our words we are truly sorry. I know fellow vendors may not agree with a public outlet but we are different. We own it and try our damn hardest to fix and rectify whatever we can. So from the bottom of out hearts we thankyou all so much for being so gracious. Yes we will arise from this but there is no reason why we cannot allow ourselves to be disappointed in letting our customers down. That means so much as a business. So again our sincerest apologies to everyone and we thankyou so so much for being understanding and gracious. Lunch love JeriCo Catering
