Just a handful of the gorgeous custom orders that were brought to life last Valentine’s Day 💘

Designs that were thought with love and intention, then brought to life by even more love and spirit 💖 These weren’t all just for girlfriends or partners either, they were also made for the friends - the gal pals, the family - the mamas and grandmamas, and even for the self lovers who want to treat themselves. 💞

Valentine’s Day is a day for love, and love comes in so many forms. Treat and celebrate the ones in your life that you love, including yourself, to something special this Valentine’s Day. Story time- One year ago today 🤍✨

Jazmeene and Aidan celebrated their love in the most meaningful way. Like many couples, their wedding plans didn’t quite happen how they had originally imagined. Their beachside wedding changed to an intimate celebration at home, and I remember receiving Jazmeene’s email filled with regret that she had to cancel her wedding flowers entirely. But instead of letting go of her vision, we reimagined it. 🤍

Using the deposit that was already put down, we worked together to create a new design, something still beautiful in whites and greens and made for their new setting. The flowing textured greenery and soft dancing white blooms became the perfect touch to J&A’s home wedding, filling their space with love and elegance, and tying in with their decor and beautiful scenery from the family’s property. 🌅

It was as if everything fell into place and was meant to be. 🤍 But the day wasn’t about the original plans, it was about the love and connection that Jazmeene and Aidan shared, and their ability to embrace change with grace and joy. As I look back on their special day, it reminds me of how flowers (like love) can transform and bloom beautifully, no matter what the circumstances 😌 Wishing and Aidan the happiest first wedding anniversary, and a lifetime of love, laughter, strength and joy 🤍✨ As always, I’m so very grateful I got to play a small part in their special day, so thank you 🙏🏻

To my wonderful customers and followers,

I wanted to share a little update about Embloom.
For those who may not be aware, I also work in school as well as managing Embloom, and as we go into the new year, my working days have changed and increased. With these changes, I've had to make the tough decision to take a little step back from Embloom. 🌸

So what does this mean exactly? Well I'll still continue to offer dried and preserved floral arrangements through our website, and custom orders for gifts, home decor, sympathy, and more. However, weddings and events have been put on hold for 2025 for now as I take some time to adjust and find a new balance. 💓

These big changes have not come easy. Parts of me have actually had to grieve putting things like the weddings and events on hold for the meantime. I would be lying if I said that these last few months have been a breeze in business. A lot of big life changes have happened for me and my family in 2024, and trying to juggle and maintain it all has been tough. But your continued support means the absolute world to me, and I'm so grateful for all the love you've shown Embloom through it all! 🌸💓

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about these changes, or if you need something special created this new year - I'm still here to bring beautiful florals to life for you, just on a slightly smaller scale. 💓

🌷CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR BREAK DATES🌷

From Dec 22nd until Jan 31st, I will be taking a big break over these Summer holidays. This year has been huge for me, within Embloom, as well as in my personal life, and I need some time off and away from the tools to rest, recoup and spend some much needed time with my lil family and in our new home. 💖🌸

I will still be somewhat active on socials (thanking good ol’ schedule posting 🙏🏻) however messages will be a lil slower. If you do need to contact me, you can send me an email. 🌸 The online shop will remain open but will have only limited pick up dates you can select from. There will also be some changes happening in the new year and how Embloom will run. I will make a post on Sunday going into more detail with this. 💓

If you’ve read this far, thank you. Thank you for your constant love and support of Embloom, and if you’re taking some time away from social media to be present these holidays, I will leave this message here and say I hope that you and your families have a wonderful Christmas, and a happy, prosperous new year! 🎊

Thank you Adele for sharing your lovely photo of Mahalia’s bauble on your family’s Christmas tree 🥰

Little Mahalia was only born just weeks ago at the beginning of December, so Adele planned and organised to have Mahalia’s very first Christmas bauble made by us 💜 Choosing a gorgeous mix of purple hues, in the florals and bow, finished with white cursive writing of her name on the front, and the year 2024 on the back ✨

This week is C&M’s wedding 💒💍🤍💐✨

Charlotte and Mitch are getting married at the beautiful Eight Willows Retreat down in Margaret River this week. Surrounded by the stunning tall gum trees and their loved ones watching on as they join as one, I know it’s set to be a beautiful day! 🌞

The design brief was to be neutral, light and boho. With a bouquet for Charlotte and her girls, buttonholes for Mitch and his guys, some extra ones for the father of the bride/grandfathers and other male family members, and of course our little cloud arrangements that will be put down along the aisle (thanks to my paid model sitting himself in between them to show 🐶)

Although I won’t be flowering down there myself, I was able to have everything made, packed and ready to go for C&M, as they travel down from the North to Perth, and then continue down to Margs. The beauty of dried and preserved flowers hey, they can be done and picked up a couple of weeks before hand, and still look stunning the day of 💖

We can’t wait to see this beautiful wedding come to life this week. 🥰🌸🤍💍✨
