Makeup Art & Direction by Siobhan will be with you through all the twists and turns in deciding what you want for your wedding hair and makeup. 💍

My gorgeous bride had several very different ideas for her day. Her concern was deciding which one would suit her very fine, just a little beyond shoulder length hair and her gown.

Makeup Art & Direction came up with a creation that brought together bits and pieces from all the inspiration images and added a few secret elements to create the appearance of a huge amount of hair. No hair extensions required.

Communication is key!! I love how my clients and I work together, so we both fall in L♥️VE with the final vision. Thanks Nat for entrusting me.

What is Editorial Makeup, and why is it recommended for your wedding day?

Ultimately the artist, I choose to work with the HMUA Queen Siobhan at Makeup Art + Direction 👑 who specialises in this art, creating hair and/or makeup to interpret a story of the client. She gets to know you at your trial and gains an understanding of your individual story and translates this into your personal look for your special day.

Editorial Makeup “usually means something outside the box, higher end and is meant to inspire. It also has to be flawless as it will be captured by various media’s (ie photographic, on tv etc) and it also has to be flawless face-to-face too.”

“It takes skill and knowledge to interpret the story/vision. Then create the art to reflect what the story is” Siobhan explains.

Huge Congratulations to our Newlyweds Mr. & Mrs. Philpot! 💍🥂🤍

How did we pull-off this epic wedding day in only 36 days?!? You both made it so easy… from the first contact and a quick availability check for The Ritz-Carlton Perth, and my fabulous team of vendors, we swiftly took care of the legal paperwork within the required timeframe, then we met over coffee to discuss all the details of your all-inclusive package. We soon had our plan confirmed and only had to make some minor detail decisions like food selections, cake flavour selection and floral colours.

A hair and Makeup trial was arranged and you excitedly said YES to THE dress!

With a final meeting on-site to view the spaces and review all the details of the day, the week before, it all fell into place and it was a joy getting to know you both and sharing your love story today!

Thank you for placing your trust in my team and I to create the most memorable day. 🫶🥰 We wish you both many more adventures together! 🤍

𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰… there are certain legal parts of the Wedding ceremony that you and your Celebrant must say, so as long as you don’t alter them, unless it’s approved wording, you can add anything you like to your ceremony, and involve anyone you like!

You can have someone special lead the ceremony and your Celebrant only take care of the legal parts.

I can even surprise you by having your kids pronounce you as “husband and wife” like I did for Katie and Nick, their four little ones were so excited to take part in this special day! 🥰🫶

WE ARE TWO!!! Intimate Elopements by Atalie turns 2 today, and what a fabulous journey it’s been! 🥂

🤍 We’ve had the pleasure to create 43 memorable nuptials and 2 vow renewals during these two years!

🤍 There have been 4 babies born (or yet to arrive into the world) that we know of!

What an incredible start to 2023! 🤍🥂

The gorgeous Mr and Mrs Huynh said yesterday on a perfect summer day at with 80 guests in attendance to witness their love story and some special and humerus vows… like “for richer and richer” said our groom! I like the way he thinks! 😉

An amazing and super fun night was spent celebrating at upstairs with the most beautiful view of the Swan River and Perth city skyline with an amazing full moon, and did this crowd know how to party! 🥂

Thank you to you both for whole heartedly entrusting my team and I to create and deliver the most magical day! It’s been such a pleasure getting to know you both and we wish you all the best as you begin a new adventure together! 🥰🫶

Today, I had the pleasure of Officiating the Marriage of Mr & Mrs Avini-Fol! It was such a beautiful, fun and relaxed day, and with quick wedding planning to include the Brides Brother flying in for Xmas from the UK, we pulled off an intimate wedding with 40 special people, all enjoying and witnessing this gorgeous love story! 🫶🥂🤍
