We loved the set that Lilzdnb dropped for us last roller so we just had to get him back. For those of you who don't know Lilz, then get to know.

Roller: Hey mate. Stoked to have you back on for roller Easter Thursday - NOT the Last One
Lilz: Stoked to be back. Always a pleasure. Can’t wait.

R: You've been bubbling away around Perth for some time now. What have been your best memories of dnb in Perth?
L: We’re really lucky in Perth to have so many keen punters for drum and bass. The different promoters are all putting real quality events on all of the time. We’re really lucky to have as many overseas artists as we do come to Perth. It’s awesome to see. There are a lot of really good DJs in the Perth scene at the moment as well. It’s hard to pinpoint my best memories of Dnb in Perth. It’s awesome just to be around so many people who love the same music whether it be somewhere like the Rosemount for roller, a club night or a festival.

R: Do you remember who showed you the ropes when it came to mixing?
L: I bought some pretty average vinyl turntables with serato maybe 10 years ago and just started doing it myself trying to learn. No one I knew at the time DJd, so I worked out the basics by myself mostly. I ended up going to Labsix maybe 5 years ago when I wanted to learn mixing on 3 decks and so I could get out and play some gigs. It was always a bucket list thing for me.

R: Who are some producers that you have been rinsing lately?
L: S.P.Y and Break are probably two of my favourite producers so I like to throw some of their stuff in to most sets. I try to vary things a little though and look for new stuff a lot of the time.

R: Some fine choices there. What is that one tune that hasn't left your crate in ages and you just have to play everytime?
L: Both versions of Step and Flow by S.P.Y. I seem to end up playing quite a bit. It will likely make an appearance in the set this Easter.
