43 years ago today my parents were married. In a couple of days it will be 3 months since Mum passed away. Life isn't fair. It throws curveballs and takes you on journeys you never expected to have to travel.
So, for now, live. Just...LIVE! Celebrate. Enjoy and bask in the great moments and create memories that will never be forgotten. Keep on living and keep on loving❤️ .

On the weekend, Victoria and Simon celebrated their marriage at Aintree Cottage in Herne Hill surrounded by their closest family and friends. I had the privilege of being Celebrant and MC for the evening for this heart-warming occasion and had THE BEST time.
A great selection of vendors, great friends, family and having their children with them through all of the festivities, the newly-weds began their marriage surrounded by fun and immense love.
You guys are such a delight! Thank you for trusting me with your day.

I'M BACK!!
Apparently, I haven't shared a post in 114 days according to Facebook. Alot has happened for me in 114 days on a personal level and after a short hiatus, I feel there is no better time than now to show up again. Especially after a huge Saturday celebrating the marriage of another very special couple.

What an absolute vibe this winter wedding was! Andrea and Reid married in an intimate elopement ceremony at Rebel Rebel Wedding Chapel surrounded by family (and joined via live stream by extended family and friends).
The day was SO fun, relaxed, and most importantly just how Andrea and Reid wanted it.
You did it guys, congratulations!!!

WEDDING RESEARCH
Last week I met 2 new people whom are ready to say their "I DO's". I was so pumped that when I got home I began my wedding research. My husband and 14-year-old stepson had no choice but to watch wedding movies with me!!
My research (and a good excuse to have some fun downtime) worked, I found some inspo for new website blogs, got some crafty ideas for table settings and also discovered a few new (and old) tunes that would fit my new peeps' ceremony perfectly!
So, if you're planning a wedding, do all the research, grab some snacks and hit play on some of those rom coms! I would recommend the following, husband and stepson would not recommend 😝 :

Taking it back to a week ago with Agnes and Juliano!!
It was such a pleasure to be a part of this day! I am sure the celebrations are still going!! Agnes and Juliano wanted their wedding day to be intimate and celebrated at their home. They were surrounded by the ones that love them the most, including their son and Agnes' mum all the way from Brazil who walked her up the aisle.
Every touch added to the day was personally done by Agnes and Juliano and their little bridal squad and it was so perfect!

UNPLUGGED
There is something that hits a little differently when ceremonies are completely unplugged. I joined J & A in marriage a couple of days ago, it was such a beautiful day. The bride and groom wanted everyone to be present with them during their ceremony and requested no phones be used during the ceremony and no photos be taken during the ceremony.
Because of this, they had their guests attention, throughout the whole ceremony and they were right there, present for all the joy! The vibe was calm and warm and love certainly filled the air.
I would 100% recommend a completely unplugged ceremony, try it and see what I mean!
