Chef Shane Pinnegar now offers catering services in Perth, Western Australia after several years in Kalgoorlie / Boulder and the Goldfields region. For special events Chef Shane may be available to travel further afield – just ask. Shane specialises in premium gourmet, hand-crafted catering for birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, school graduations and balls, baby showers,
christenings, wakes, conferences, sundowners, meetings, Christmas parties, training courses, social club events, board meetings, long table dinner parties, picnics, themed events, high teas, presentations and product launches, to name but a few. Shane’s specialties include bespoke canapes & finger food catering, gourmet barbecues and the use of this country’s wonderful bush tucker ingredients in his menus. Shane can also provide the perfect menu for just about any event where food is required. Chef Shane infuses all of his food with integrity and passion and the flavours and creativity of a life spent travelling and searching for new experiences. We use ethically sourced and organic ingredients wherever possible, and recycle all the food scraps and packaging that we can. Shane has been a chef since 1994, working in his home-town Perth, Cairns, England, France, Greece and Canada in a multitude of venues from hotels, cafes, pubs and outside caterers, and even aboard a boat taking tourists to snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef. For some sixteen years Shane ran his own Voodoo Moon Catering business in Perth, catering hundreds and hundreds of events and feeding thousands of satisfied guests, whilst also manufacturing a top-end range of deluxe hot sauces and chutneys. Shane insists on the highest possible standards of hygiene, including ensuring that our workplace is totally compliant with all requirements.
