Forestscape - a dish that captures the essence of a journey through a rainforest. Featuring a medley of fungi, pandan moss & aromatic tree barks covered in mist... it entertains taste buds whilst being visually striking.

This week, Fusion travelled over 1,200km to Rio Tinto’s most advanced mine site, in the iconic Pilbara region. This has been our farthest & most exciting journey yet. Here are some snaps from our trip to the Koodaideri “intelligent mine site”.
