Determined to make it happen. Thus begins PaellaMan! Unfortunately, our plans depend on several factors, one of which I respect most is God's plans. As mentioned in the previous post, on 11/19, we had two functions, a day full of delights. But on 11/21, a Monday at 6am I had a motorcycle accident. Since then, I am living almost a normal life, considering that it is not possible to attend to functions. We lost many opportunities, and PaellaMan had to become a Stand-by project. I appreciate everyone's understanding, and I hope to be able to fulfill myself again soon, feeding your guests at your party.

When invited to work at Eurostyle Smallgoods in 2018, I knew only that they had the best chorizo in town. Nowadays, I am sure that we are much more than that, and that is not only my own opinion, certainly.

Unfortunately due to weather conditions, we are postponing for 25/06 next session at . See you then 🙏😉. Meantime, we DO have something else on 18/06.
