Owning a small business has its ups and downs, and sometimes things just don't go according to plan. But you know what? It's from these failures that we learn, grow, and develop a deeper appreciation for what we do today compared to yesterday.
The past couple of months have been quite a struggle for me. There were days when even putting one foot in front of the other felt like an enormous challenge. Day where no matter how hard I tried EVERY.SINGLE.THING seemed to go wrong. But amidst the difficulties, there's one thing that keeps me going—the sheer joy that balloons bring and the opportunity to be a part of your incredible milestones.
There's something truly magical about witnessing the delight on someone's face when they see their vision for an event come to life and we had a small part to play in making that happen or when a child's eyes light up at the sight of their favourite character floating above them. It’s these precious moments that remind me why I embarked on this journey in the first place.
Every struggle, setback, and hurdle I encounter along the way becomes worthwhile when I have the privilege to be a part of your celebrations—birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, gender reveals, and all the special moments in between. Did you know that we stock just over 1800 foil balloon designs (1822 to be exact!) 😁
From number balloons, to characters and themes...if it is available chances are we've got it in stock. While I don't mind inflating balloons bought elsewhere my heart does sink a little (maybe a lot some days 💔) when a customer walks in with a balloon they bought online or from one of the chain stores and I've got the exact same one in stock.
