🔥 Replenish Health and Wellness Retreat 2024 🔥

Deep gratitude for the land which held us as we grounded, surrendered and released all which no longer served us

Absolute awe to the skies which bathed our skin in warmth on the opening and closing days, and cleansed our souls in the days in between with sweet, heavenly tears

Tender love to the Winter season which invited us to slow down, to draw a bath, snuggle by the magnetic fire, linger a little longer and silence the outside noise

Honour and reverence to the women who opened their hearts and minds to an unknown journey which unsheathed their armour, connected them to their feminine and ignited a flame of remembering how amazing our body can feel when we’re pouring from a full cup

We are all many faces, held in the one body​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Showing up in this world and only presenting a 2 dimensional life is unrealistic and unauthentic

With a boardroom of personalities which make us who we are

Shifting, changing, evolving, growing, transforming, adapting, morphing, learning, deciding, delivering

Our age does not define us, anymore than our job, our mothering, our family, our friends, our home, our car, our bank account, our clothes, or the person we were yesterday

You are entitled to sit at the round table with your many faces, and decide when you’d like to show up using each one or all of them at the same time

We do not fit into one particular box, one particular community, or one particular life, because that is 2 dimensional. It is flat, unrealistic and it limits growth

Some days I am more kind, other days I am more assertive, some days I am deep in my feminine, other days I hold my masculine, some days I cry, other days I laugh, some days are productive and other days are slow, some days I’m silly, some days I’m serious

And some days I’m all of these

What do you feel when you hear the word “Batch Cooking?”​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​To me it feels easeful, time saving, health conscious. It feels like I’m making good choices, like I’m creating a beautiful self- care ritual, and that I’m thinking of my future self

I’m not sure if “Mum guilt” ever goes away, but we can learn to prioritise and value ourselves first, in order to know we are then showing up in the best way possible for our little humans​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​It is not a sign of weakness or shame to honour what we need, and to sketch out time to offer this gift to ourselves

We are incredible human makers, and that is one of the most sacred jobs on this planet

To articulate my love for this beautiful creature is insanely difficult! But anyone with their own dog would understand this immeasurable feeling. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Arriving back to Perth for 10 days, the one thing I simply couldn’t wait to do was cuddle my darling Sonny.

Loving my fur baby is such an honour, and the most difficult thing about living overseas was leaving him behind.

Ever since my arrival, I have cuddled and kissed this gorgeous creature a million times over. Every single moment with him, is a little memory I am tucking in my pocket, to take back to Spain with me, to hold close until I see him again 💝

Such endless gratitude for my dear friend for adopting my baby like their own. He is so incredibly loved and cared for, it puts my heart at ease knowing he has found a second family to adore him. I am indebted forever

And to my beautiful friends and for allowing me to stay in your home with this little guy! You guys are amazing

Throughout our history food has been used as a preventative medicine to keep certain ailments and illness at bay​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​We all know how incredible we can feel when we invest in our own health, and intentionally set time aside to consciously plan, prepare and prep our meals with love and space

This doesn't have to be complicated, nor time consuming, and by coming home to the premise that food is medicine, is a beautiful mantra to remember what is best to consume every day

Whole foods, from the earth, grown without chemicals, harvested with ethics, eaten with joy
