Every year there is one night where I pencil the date to support the amazing work that does to raise awareness about Mental Health and su***de prevention. The tireless work from all involved and more specifically is truly inspiring. It's such an honour to play my part - 8 years strong with these incredible people! last night was yet again an amazing night with so many special stories. My take away - it's costs nothing to be kind and reach out to the people in your life. If we all did that then this world would be a better place!

Basketball and music have been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. I've been watching the since I was a kid and now with the biggest week of Basketball in Australia's history is here.. and I can't believe I get to be a part of it!
