Masonmill this weekend

Looks like it’s going to be perfect weather again so get in your car and come up for a drive and enjoy the fresh air as you walk around the gardens or take in a round of mini golf.

There are also other activities to do such as take a short hike to Victoria Dam which is spectacular at this time of year (photos below).

A little note, Masonmill is a popular spot at the weekend, and it gets very busy at Lunchtime especially on a Sunday

If you haven’t pre booked you could be waiting up to an hour before the kitchen gets to you. So if you need a quick lunch we are probably not going to be able to help you as we really aren’t a fast food restaurant.

But if you are looking for some time out to chill and enjoy the gardens and fresh air whilst we get your food ready, then come on up and enjoy the country ambience.

Masonmill this weekend

Saturday and Sunday are looking great for minigolf so don’t forget we have half price minigolf up to 11:30am with every meal purchased.

The gardens are fully open for you to walk around and enjoy and fish food can now be purchased at the Lodge Cafe to feed the Koi.

New external shades and heaters have been installed so its really nice sitting outside listening to nature whilst the kids play Minigolf.

We have had a little bit of confusion as to the new Lodge Cafe, so to clarify.

The Lodge Cafe is located at Gate 2 adjacent to the mini golf. This is where we are now serving food and drinks.

The building up on the hill formerly referred to as the main Café is currently only operating as an events venue for weddings, corporate events and private parties.

Please note whereas we do not take bookings after 5:30 pm on a Friday we do accept walk ins over the weekend and will always endeavour to find you a table, if we don’t have one straight away you can enjoy a walk in the garden to build up an appetite.

We are currently in the process of extending and renovating the lodge Café and Mini-golf at Masonmill.

Unfortunately to do this we need to close the lodge café whilst we extend the kitchens etc. At this point we will probably remain closed until Spring.

We are of course still open for functions, events and weddings.

Masonmill this weekend

Masonmill opens again for normal service from tomorrow morning, and we have a few really nice changes.

We have a new team in the kitchen that bring with them a wealth of culinary culture so expect to see some exquisite specials on our menu over the coming weeks as they bed themselves in.

The menu has been changed, most of your old favourites are still there, some of the dish`s have been removed to help speed up delivery in the kitchen, but rest assured the steak on a stone is still with us.

We now have the same menu for both the Cafe and the beer garden so you can enjoy your favourite dish`s outside.

Friday night date night will be coming back in February so keep an eye out for that.

One of the biggest menu changes is to our breakfast menu, apart from now opening for full breakfast service on a Friday morning we are introducing the famous Irish Breakfast roll for those that just need that something filling to kick start the weekend mornings.

We are also introducing our buffet style breakfast (Not self-service) where you get to build your own breakfast with up to 7 items for a small breakfast or 14 items for a large Irish breakkie so you can get as creative as you want. There is also a child`s option with 5 items and a juice book for $10.00.

Don`t forget the breakfast still comes with a free round of mini golf for every main breakfast ordered.

Yes, we are back open tomorrow but only in the beer garden and Mini-golf from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm.
