AGWA ArtBall 2025, and Lux Events was proud to bring every glittering moment to life.
From façade projections to immersive dance zones, every corner of the gallery pulsed with light, music and movement, and our team helped design, produce and deliver it all:
LA LISTA guests arrived through a dazzling projection across the AGWA façade, greeted by drag hosts, a halo-lit DJ booth, and glowing red-lit ice walls.
DISCOTECA the heart of ArtBall: a 7 m-high truss cathedral of moving light, LED and neon, transforming the concourse into a full-scale disco dance floor for Juan Carlos, Tanzer, and the Disco Faith Choir.
SECRET PARADISO behind red velvet drapes, an intimate underground 1970s nightclub complete with a glowing perspex dance floor, mirror-clad LED totems, and retro cocktails.
Across three zones and more than 100 metres of gallery space, the Lux Events team delivered creative direction, full technical production, lighting, audio, video, projection mapping, and rigging - plus all site logistics and stage management.
Huge thanks to the team at The Art Gallery of Western Australia - AGWA for trusting us once again to transform the gallery into Perth’s most unforgettable night of the year.
