🎶✨ ONE BIG VOICE 2025 ✨🎶

What an incredible sight, 8,000 choir voices filling RAC Arena with music, and 15,000 spectators soaking it all in at One Big Voice 2025.

Lux were proud to help bring this huge event to life with full production management, supplying, installing, and operating lighting, video screens, and custom content. We’re no strangers to arena gigs, but this one was truly epic.

A massive team effort for a performance that will be remembered long after the final note.

A little throwback to Styleaid Phoenix. A spectacular celebration of fashion, performance and community in true STYLEAID spirit. Guests were welcomed with a powerful Welcome to Country by Professor Simon Forrest, before MCs Alexander Circosta and Bernadette guided the evening with energy and flair.

Entertainment dazzled from start to finish - with dancers choreographed by Carmelo Pizzino , and performances by Ali Bodycoat , DJ Shaun Sandon, the West Australian Ballet, and the iconic Connections Nightclub Drag Queens.

STYLEAID 2025 was more than a show - it was a night where fashion, music and community collided, creating something truly unforgettable.

Transforming a familiar space into something new, the Lux team designed a custom setting for WA’s corporate leaders and 2,000 guests at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.

A sweeping, floor based curved LED screen and dynamic lighting brought fresh energy to the theatre. Our team always enjoy reimagining well known event spaces by integrating technology, custom content and production design to create distinctive looks that elevate both business and gala occasions alike.

A Business Event in the Round

We were thrilled to work with our international client to bring their vision to life and create a unique, immersive, in the round experience for the inaugural Black Swan Summit at The University of Western Australia.

Over the two days leaders, innovators, and policymakers examined the intersections of finance, technology, and climate, that shape the frameworks to guide us through uncertainty.

A custom built circular stage surrounded by four LED screens created an intimate, unique atmosphere for guests and speakers alike.

WOW – what a week!
Every year, we pack the trucks, rally the crew, and make the red-dirt pilgrimage to Kalgoorlie for one of the biggest weeks on the mining calendar – Diggers & Dealers.

This event has kept us busy, with nearly two weeks of setup and truckloads of gear (and people!) making the journey across the desert to deliver something unforgettable.
A massive team effort and another seamless delivery of a truly special event.

The week wrapped up in style with the Westrac Diggers and Dealers Gala Dinner – a spectacular evening of celebration and recognition. Huge thanks to WesTrac Cat for working with us to deliver a memorable finale to an incredible week.

Nikki Glaser brought her Alive & Unwell tour to the Perth HPC, and we were there to help bring the show to life with bold, punchy lighting and a high-impact setup that matched the energy on stage.

From the first laugh to the last, we supported the creative with a show-ready environment that kept the crowd buzzing.

Sparking fresh opportunities for business events in WA, key decision makers were invited to re-plenish, re-activate and re-imagine what it means to do business as part of the 2025 Business Events Perth re-aWAaken Mega Famil.

Lux Events were thrilled to produce the Gala Dinner where 70 very special guests were invited to experience the Crown Ballroom like never before.
Guests arrived via the Stage Door and were surprised to land in the on-stage Welcome Bar, beautifully styled by Phenomenon. When the curtain opened guests were welcomed into the elegant Lux Events dining space enveloped by LED screens, beautiful content, chandeliers, stunning lighting and bespoke tablescapes.

The Lux team produced custom content to enhance the incredible performance by Sophie Foster and Mark Turner thanks to Williams Creative Co which raised the roof – goosebumps all round!

We were so proud to help re-aWAken the guests perception of what can offer business events.

Last week saw a full house at the Business News 2025 Post Budget Breakfast at , where WA Treasurer unpacked this year’s State Budget and the outlook for WA’s economy, workforce and industries.

Lux was proud to support the delivery of the event’s technical production from LED screens and totems to audio and video integration.
