This Gal gets a permanent position on my feed.

I created something a little spesh for my two little daughters, Ayvah and Isla, who celebrate their birthday's 8 days (and three years🤪) apart.

"Wow, mum, that is soooooo beautiful..is that cake really for us? "
Yes my darlings it is. And if I could give you the world I would do that too.🫶

Ayvah is currently obsessed with pressed flowers, and Isla is a little on the wild side.

Put them both together, and it's beautiful chaos... just like this cake.

D I N O ' S the word.

My kids happened to be watching me put this cake together. And I recall one of them saying, "Mum, you're such an amazing baker," and the other sat beside them in agreeance.

No one can prepare you for these moments as a mum, trying so hard to keep her dream business going. It's not even that they called me amazing. It's the fact that they take an interest in what I do for work and that they can see the joy it brings me.

I hope that one day, they, too, choose to do something that fills their cup and brings them joy because Mama showed them it could be done. 🤍

I'm holding this cake close to my heart forever.
