Ingredients:
45ml Whiskey
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Egg White
1 Maraschino Cherry
Method:
1. Pour lemon juice, sugar syrup and whisky into a cocktail shaker
2. Add egg white and then shake all the ingredients
3. Add ice to the tin, shake until you create a fluffy texture, and then strain into a rocks glass
4. Strain into a glass with ice
5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry
