As many of you know, we are closing down our shop this Friday on 8th December. 😔

As we open our doors for a few more days, we wanted to take this opportunity to say Thank You and Goodbye 🙏

It has been an amazing journey serving you, all these years!
The journey that is filled with lots of ups and downs, lots of fun and frustrations.🙂
But, we stood still. We all stood still.

We will cherish all the beautiful memories and relationships we made.

Today, a dear customer complained, we were very expensive!
The comment didn't hurt that much as the behaviour.
She left the goods she was buying on the counter and stormed off rudely!
And that too after we offered to match the price, even though we couldn't afford it!

A lot of people don't understand how hard it is to run a small business.
Especially in the current environment, where rents have gone up, fuel prices, freight charges and all other operating costs are up too.
We work full time in our business because we can't afford to hire a staff.
We work 7 days a week and after hours for backend work.

We are not running a shop with margins in 100s or 1000s of dollars.
Ours is a small shop, selling small items to a very small community.
No one forced us to remain in the business and we can be well off doing a job ourselves,
but we love our work and our community!

We are not discouraged by some random behaviour like this for we have so many good customers supporting us everyday.
When we serve them with a smile and when they smile back, we feel we have done our job well.
They share stories with us, they laugh with us and give us lots of love and good wishes!

We want to use this instance to thank each and everyone who supports us!
We love you and we hope we continue to serve you well!
