All good antipasto starts with cheese, but wouldn’t be complete without the right Salumi. Cured meats (predominantly pork based) play a huge role in Italian grazing. But this Waygu Beef Bresaola is an absolute must try. We recommend pairing with a sharp peppery rocket, and a creamy but intense parmigiano-reggiano.

So often, people ask where my inspiration comes from.
My response - making people happy through my food. I start with a favourite cheese, pair it perfectly and make sure it’s served beautifully ....for at first, we eat with our eyes.

This gorgeous classic is perfect as we head into summer.
Fresh peach, Goats Chèvre, seasoned to perfection with black pepper and micr o herbs. Enjoyed on an elegantly thin cracker or just as is.
