Next Sunday, join us at the newly opened for an all-day chill out sesh, with a light tapas menu brought to you by Italian chef Ricky Russo, laid back vinyl tunes, and of course, tasty spritz cocktails from six different west aussie distilleries for you to try. A free entry event, grab your mates and come on down for a bite or a drink!

THANKS A BUNCH! To everyone who came to the Citrus Spirits event last Saturday!

It was already amazing to have a sell out event, but to have so many smiling faces and positive feedback on the night really made it one to remember! Special thanks to for hosting once again, to for auctioning off two tickets in one of their fantastic fundraiser events, to for their tasty sorbet in the sgroppinos, for the cured meats and antipasto, and to each of the incredible local distilleries on show on the night!

And of course, to each and every one of you who came down on the night! It was awesome to see some familiar faces from last time :) And if anyone needs a reminder as to which citrus spirit they liked best, these are each of the distilleries and spirits in order of tasting;

After not even a year of distilling, is changing the spirits game, by redefining what we can use to create flavour. Sourcing fresh citrus husks from and , which are taken straight to the distillery and combined with Australian botanicals to give you the Final Squeeze!

A delicate spirit, the Final Squeeze is a gin lovers’ treat! With a zesty aroma, this gin blends familiar juniper flavours with a hint of citrus oils, for a subtle but consistent tasting experience. BOMBAK DISTILLING - CITRUS GIN

Following the traditional methods of gin-making, Osborne Park’s uses a flame-driven copper still to bring you gins with more character and flavour, which is very much seen in Bombak’s Citrus Gin!

Capturing the spirit of WA’s south-west is distillery. Located just by the Indian Ocean, Souwester Spirits distils each botanical individually with pristine Margaret River rain water - combined and bottled to bring you award-winning flavours!

Tucked away in Subiaco is , a craft distillery dedicated to using Australian ingredients wherever they can. This limited release showcases locally-grown yuzu flavours - making for an interesting modern twist on a vodka!

A refreshingly palatable spirit, with yuzu aromatics, and a burst of zesty orange, mandarin and lime on the palate, with a crisp, clean finish. Certainly a citrus-forward alternative to a classic vodka - taste it for yourself neat, with a splash of soda, or in the event-special SGROPPINO cocktail!
