🖤Father’s Day 2021🖤
I’m now taking orders for Father’s Day fudge boxes & macaron boxes 🎉 each fudge box will come with 30 squares of fudge, with 15 different flavours for $40.
Macaron boxes will be 12 macarons for $30.
They will be ready for collection on Friday September 3rd and Saturday September 4th from Highwycombe. With perth wide delivery for $10. If you’d like to spoil your dad/father in law/pop/yourself, please email or PM to order :)

My Anzac caramel slice recipe 🖤

I used a food processor to mix the dry ingredients however if you do not have one it is not needed :)

In a food processor - mix together 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup self raising flour, 1 heaped tablespoon coco powder, 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar, 1/2 cup desiccated coconut. Then mix in 100grams of melted butter.
Pour into a lined 20cm square tin and flatten to the edges. Bake on 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
Caramel mixture ~ While that’s baking, melt together 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup golden syrup & 25grams of butter. Stir over heat until thickened, remove from heat.
Once the base is finished baking, pour the caramel mixture evenly over the base and bake for a further 10 minutes, you’ll see it will look bubbly once done.
Allow to cool for 20 minutes before topping it with your favorite chocolate (roughly 250g) with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. I used white chocolate as if goes really well with the other layers. Caramilk would also be a winner!

My soft & chewy Anzac cookie recipe 🖤 makes 10

Mix together 1/2 cup plain flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 2/3 cup dedicated coconut, 3/4 rolled oats.
Melt in a separate bowl 50gram butter & 2 tablespoons of golden syrup and mix until smooth.
Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon baking soda into 2 tablespoons of boiling water, once dissolved mix into butter mixture & stir.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Roll into balls and place on baking tray with spaces apart as they will spread. Bake at 160degrees for 18-20 minutes

Now I need to go and consume 👇🏼 calories to get through the weekend, luckily all my orders went out yesterday, but the kids still need me 🤣 any enquiries/emails that are not Father’s Day related I will get back to you on Monday 💋
