Hey there, I have been a bit quiet on IG over the last few months, it has been so hectic, so I thought I should take a moment to INTRODUCE MYSELF!
This is a pic of me doing what I love most, standing up and telling the story of a couple of friends who love each other enough to spend the rest of their days with that person.
I have done many jobs, nursing, teaching, project management and leading teams, but being a celebrant is one of the best jobs ever! How could it not be when there is love, laughter, gorgeous dresses and suits, flowers and champagne.
When I’m not celebranting, you will find me hanging out with my family and our collection of furbabies, getting out and about with friends or trying to improve my fitness by walking, doing Pilates or yoga. ‘Trying’ is the correct word for the latter!
Sadly, I am also very fond of cheese, cake and chips, which doesn’t help the fitness either!
I love a good book but find it hard to find the time to sit and read, so I am grateful for audiobooks that I can listen to while doing other tasks.
My pet peeve is rudeness and impatience, especially towards the staff shops at this time of the year...it’s not their fault there are lots of people or that the thing you want isn’t in stock, so just be friendly people! Yes, I am thinking of you, the person in line ahead of me in the other day!
Anyway, enough about me, I love meeting new people, so get in touch, let’s set up a date to chat and share a coffee, wine or cheeky G&T.
