This cute custom design party was for 1 year old Safia. Her first words were choo choo so when discussing themes this was something meaningful and the decorations were based around Safia's little wooden train. Mum wanted things simple and a pink backdrop. With a few vintage items and a bit of glitter this was the result.
The sweet cake was by Tam Bakes Cakes which I was told it was delicious. 🚃

There are so many details at Emmetts 2nd birthday that I had to include all of them.

This pretty "Sip & See" party was for everyone to meet newborn baby Cora. The brief was pastel flowers and butterflies. It was the perfect excuse to make these giant poppy flowers especially for the occasion. The gorgeous cake and cupcakes were by I Made It located in Baldivis. Isabelle was certainly the Belle of the ball at her Beauty and the Beast party. Belle from Glass Slipper Entertainment Perth surprised her and her guests and her Prince made an appearance also (so cute!)
Our cake table setting made a perfect backdrop for the party and table and stools were supplied by Organised Chaos Party Hire
Backdrop set up by us and styling done by miss 5's mum.

There were just so many little details of this party that I had to share them all. Little Emmett turned one recently and celebrated in wild one style with this Woodland party.
We supplied the cake table, backdrop, props, table setting and some platters.
The gorgeous cake and cupcakes supplied by Made By Audrey and balloon archway was made by Emmett's mum and Aunty.

We recently decorated a party room at Lollipops play centre in Jandakot for Amira's 5th birthday. The guests had a disco, entertainers and the whole play centre to run wild in. Lots of fun! ❄

This year in between parties we are going to be offering one off designed mermaid and fairy crowns, dream catchers, personalised flower letters, fairy wands and other magical things that take our fancy. We will be adding a shop onto the website eventually and posting on Facebook as things become available. Items are one off only and at this point no custom orders. This new year will mark the 10 year anniversary of Wish Upon a Party which began in 2007 with a fairy party. Our Story

Wish Upon a Party journey started in 2006 when organising our oldest child’s 11th Genie party, we recognised there was a hole in the market for children’s themed decorations and costumes. Having studied briefly at WAAPA Costume for Staging, costumes were initially the main focus however after establishing Wish Upon a Party in 2007 it was soon learnt that the props were more in demand. Our first theme was a fairy garden which has evolved over time and is still our most popular to date. As the years passed we went on to include table settings, cake tables and slumber parties. Picnic settings will soon be an added option.

We now have the most extensive range of children’s themes available in Perth for both boys and girls. Items can be booked as a themed package which is most cost effective or individual hire (conditions apply). We focus on the little details which adds that extra magic to our parties. We also supply for the occasional adult party.

These days we mostly supply and deliver only but do set up the occasional party by special appointment. We are moving into the crafting and sales of mermaid and unicorn crowns, wands, dream catchers and other magical items which are available on our website.

Wish Upon a Party does it’s best to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Most of our cushions, backdrops, table cloths, teepee covers, runners and chair covers are made from recycled fabrics. Our props also are most often recycled or upcycled items. We try to use paper plates and cups whenever possible and although we still use plastic cutlery, we encourage client’s to gather and return (for us to clean) whenever possible or convenient. We also wash our linen using environmentally friendly products with mild essential oils.
