Lower your standards.... Sober? aims to make the university experience as fun as possible. And so he became.. SOBERMAN!

is THE biggest social club at UWA campus, running special events and parties throughout the year for university students of all ages . We are a club for anyone interested in having a good time, meeting new people and making strong and meaningful relationships. THE SOBERMAN STORY:
At the ripe age of 4, a

young boy pressured by his parents to succeed, found his talents lay in rapid consumption of his morning milk. This skill translated through puberty and landed the boy at the height of popularity for his prowess at skulling. This caused jealousy among others, one of whom became so envious and enraged at the young boys abilities he slammed the can into our hero's face mid-chug. The can fused into place, permanently causing the prodigy to remain sober for the rest of his life. The jealous coward took to taking drugs to feel confident, but the young boy became a man, and vowed to ensure everyone around him would have their fill.

Our final pick for our 2025 exec is this years President .harrison. Known as Dobby, this pommy has an unexplainable affinity for Jäger, bringing English drinking to Australia since 2024, we are excited for the year ahead.

It wouldn’t be our 2025 exec without next years vp . Known for his exquisite talent for pouring beers with the largest head, this old man (2000) is well equipped to be on hand at any point to takeover should the president sink a few too many. If you are ever in doubt of where he is on a Thursday, head to Varsity Nedlands.

Next up in our 2025 exec lineup is ! Famous for full box 200 pumping eshays at Magnet House, Isaac is more than ready to tackle damage control at our Sober? events while leading the team as secretary. You can find him by the dance floor as he’s known to bust a move on the regular. He’s following in the footsteps of .b last years sec who is well know for her yacking technique except he takes a liking for emma’s bathtub rather than a varsity jug 🤷‍♂️

Next up in our 2025 exec lineup is ! Famous for her tendency to end up on the floor during a night out, she’s well faired to be in charge of our welfare and wholesomeness, even while mourning a disastrous Spotify wrapped.

Over the next few days, we’ll be introducing our 2025 exec team! ♥️ You’ll be seeing plenty of us over the next year at our awesome events, and we can’t wait for you to get to know us. Kicking things off are our IPPs for this year (yes, we have two):

First up is , a Single Malt Scotch neat enthusiast—or so he claims—who made the leap last year from uni to selling houses (not surprising, right?). Following him is , who sums up his drinking mantra as Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Both did an incredible job leading as our 2024 Presidents, and we’re beyond excited to have them on board for 2025!
