Yum yum yum. Breakfast of champions, such a good start to my day well I’ve done a few other things already so I’m a keen bean to have a productive day. Today is kitchen & pantry reset day the deep clean kind ready for my kitchen inspection later this week.

Bircher Muesli- Carmen’s bircher muesli, vanilla yoghurt, grated apple, honey & mixed berries. I love how easy this is 🥰

This was a very special request to feed a Dad some tasty sweet treats that accommodated his current dietary requirements. It had to be free of a whole bunch of things but we got there in the end with some pretty yummy sticky date puddings with salted caramel sauce.
I have learned so much in the process of this order and am so grateful to give it my best crack.
I truely believe everyone deserves to eat yummy things & be included in some way no matter what their bodies can or can not tolerate.
In this recipe a homemade flour blend & coconut were some of my friends to create soft and fluffy puddings rather than stodgy rocks😊

Winter is here, there is a chill in the air, the daylight hours are shorter and the winter wardrobe is in full affect.

Now is the perfect time to grab that hot chocolate, a few comfort snacks, a cosy blanket, a good movie, tv series or book and get comfy. On your own, with your fam or with some of your peeps I have some delicious winter treats to brighten those gloomy days ahead.

I have a range of tasty goodies already on offer but am happy to see what more I can do that’s fun and fresh.

Being a home based baker i do have some requirements/ limitations to adhere to but I am also open to new ideas.
