Just had a wonderful couple of days working with OzHarvest WA teaching some great people a few cheeky cookery skills. The ‘cooking for a cause’ initiative is just about as good as it gets!!

✅ corporate colleagues working in harmony whilst learning some new skills and building cohesive teams

We are frequently asked if our menus can be viewed. At Culinary Soul we don’t have “menus”, we create bespoke menus for our clients to suit their needs, wants and budgets, this way you get exactly what you want and YOU play a part in designing your own menu. A recent client was discussing desserts with us at the planning stage and told us their 3 favourite desserts. We gave them all three!

I’ve been thinking about my homeland a bit of late. It’s a little tradition of mine to go to the chippy for my first meal back and get myself a steak pudding, chips, mushy peas and gravy. In honour of this memory I’ve created this cheeky little number with a South American twist to go on one of our upcoming menus.

Peruvian Beef & Green olive tamales, smashed peas guacamole, potato crumbs, chipotle jus.
