A massive THANK YOU for all the love I received for my displays at yesterdays wedding expo at the Showgrounds organised by Wedding Expos Australia

I have been inundated with messages and emails and will be slowly working my way through them over the coming days.

We showcased 1 of 2 brand new ceremony designs in a luxe package where the majority of the inclusions can be repurposed into your reception area giving you huge bang for your buck 🤑 - the response was over whelming 🥹

Those that requested professional photos of the set ups for this package which is happening shortly - we will send these to you when we receive them back from the photographer.

Cheers for a fabulous 2023 which saw us …

Purchase outright a 200 sq m factory unit - yay no more rent 😁
Bought a forklift - an oldie but works well
Take 3 months off to go to UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland and car trip across Europe for a month with my brother
Set up at some lovely new venues that we hadn’t been too before
Collab with other awesome vendors
Set a new record for the most ceremony chairs we’ve ever set up - 132 !
Did our first ceremony set up inside Yanchep Cabernet Cave

Congratulations to all of our beautiful couples that were hitched in 2023. Thank you for choosing us and allowing us to set up so many different weddings. We loved that not one of your special days was the same as another’s allowing us loads of creativity.

May the next 365 days be filled with love, laughter, and good times 🥂

Thank you to the other vendors who help with flowers, delivery, set ups and more we couldn’t do what we do without you on our team.

If your having a sand ceremony please let us know so we can provide a separate table 🙂

A sand ceremony involves extra vessels and containers. It looks better performed on a separate table to your signing table where it will have its own space and makes a great display just like this one for Kartika & Michael 💜🤍💜

This was hired as a confetti table but when I saw the sand we ditched this idea ☺️ doesn’t it look pretty all set up like this !

What a week of weddings we’ve had !

We started off at Yanchep in the spectacular
Caberet Cave Yanchep National Park
on Friday with Emma & Sam’s epic wedding. Guests were collected by bus and had no idea where they were going 😏

Ceremony inside the cave

200m of fairy lights
160 luxe candles
30 log tealights
80 chair sit down ceremony - our second largest ever
Backdrop to hide the dj set up

Then……

Flip the room to cocktail reception 🤯🤯🤯

But we did it 😁

Signing tables !

Just a snippet of the signing tables we’ve set up over the years.

This is our signature ‘drawers filled with silk florals’ look which we’ve been doing for many years now.

We only use the highest of quality florals & foliage in anything we flower 🌸 🌿

There is always room for paperwork.

We don’t flower the table so as to mask it !

Each is unique to the colour palette & florals used in each arbour and therefore different for every set up we do.

After 15 weeks away road tripping 🚘 across Europe and visiting family & friends in UK, Scotland & Northern Island 🇮🇹 🇨🇿 🇫🇷 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇮🇪 🇸🇮 🇭🇷 🇦🇹 I’m refreshed and hitting the road running !

We are spending the weekend at Mandurah Caravan and Tourist Park - shout out to Mike for assisting us with truck & caravan reversing & parking up 🙂

You’ll find us at The Sebel Mandurah & King Road Brewing Co with rustic & classic vibes - we can’t wait 😝

I’m heading home shortly, returning mid September to a bumper packed rest of 2023. With our busiest season to date almost behind us (last wedding on the 16th) I’m looking forward to catching up with family & friends

If anyone would like a consultation either on site, over tea/coffee or in our studio before I go please get in touch. My availability until the end of June is fairly flexible be it week days/nights or weekends.

We have fairies 🧚‍♀️ in the wings working on more hire items, our website, socials and potentially moving to a bigger warehouse over the coming months - and to celebrate we will be releasing some amazing packages.
