We are hiring! Auswest Team is looking for a Sales Representative. Here are the details:

- Part Time (Monday – Wednesday)
- From $65,000 (p.a. pro-rated) negotiable based on experience.

Roles and Responsibility:
- Possess flower experience to grow sales in commercial market.
- Possess analytical mind, ability to build strong relation with clients and great organisational skills.
- Ability to achieve KPI and contribute to revenue growth.
- Work under pressure to meet sales target.
- Possess problem-solving techniques, attention to details and pro-active.
- Frequent communication required with customers, both verbal and written.

Tasks:
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Contact all potential clients and following a call plan to ensure all client receive contact and service.
- Supply management with reports and feedback, at a frequency to be agreed with the Director, on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Call clients to book appointments.
- Client visit for selling and quote.
- Send Quote. Follow up on Quote and confirm sales.
