Advise
Make sure when you get other quotes for party and event hire that they are insured.
As another operator tried to use my public liability for there own equipment, insurance is high these days and hard to get

"A good place to stay. Large rooms and full kitchen and large fridge. Large bathroom and washing machine and dryer. Balcony. Close to cafes and pub, National parks is close by by car.
Parking can be limited is you arrive late and the place is fully booked, but ok. Comfy bed and pillows. We had a large balcony with a bbq. A great location and a nice place to stay." Dave D
